Raus aus dem Trubel - genießt die Klänge der Natur auf einer denkmalgeschützten Hofstelle in Alleinlage, wenn ihr durch den Obstgarten spaziert oder den orangeroten Sonnenuntergang bei einer guten Flasche Wein am Teich genießt. Schwimmen im naturbelassenen Teich ist (auf eigene Gefahr) möglich. Am Hof hat sich auch ein Kater niedergelassen. Er wird so gut es geht mitversorgt und schaut gerne vorbei, sodass die Unterkunft nur für Gäste in Betracht kommt, die sich dadurch nicht gestört fühlen.

The bright and friendly first floor apartment is located in a three-family house. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, combined kitchen/living room, living room and terrace with access to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen-living room has a 4-burner ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, built-in fridge and microwave as well as direct access to the garden. The living room is equipped with an extra bed and stereo. Each room has a TV. Bicycles can be used free of charge.

Farm vacation

Our farm is located in the heart of the Vilstals and yet in a complete secluded location with only meadows/pastures and forests outside. The apartment has a separate entrance, is modernly furnished, with fully equipped kitchen and a top modern newly renovated bathroom. The location is absolutely quiet, but our farm is farmed. With us live many chickens, bees and our two Labrador Mädls Caro and Maya who roam freely around the farm. Holiday guests and fitters are welcome!

The farmhouse with seminar and event room, also suitable for celebrations, JGA, weddings, concerts, etc. The location near the city of Eggenfelden can also be used after 10 pm. The historic mill is right on the river where you can swim. You can stay in the old farmhouse traditionally. The large garden invites you to grill and make fire. Fishing is possible with a day pass. In the cold season, a barrel sauna can also be organized.

The cozy newly renovated apartment is on the second floor of a two-family house. From the balcony, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the well-kept Mediterranean garden due to the location on the outskirts. Kastl is a typical Upper Bavarian village between Altötting and Burghausen. It has its own train station and has access to the public transport network.
