Immersed in nature, in a panoramic area at the foot of Mount Pizzul, 1000 meters above sea level, the chalet "In dai guriuz" guarantees maximum relaxation and the possibility of cultural and naturalistic excursions along the way of the suggestive meat huts. Set over three floors and equipped with all comforts, including Wi-Fi, digital terrestrial, kitchen/living room with fireplace, modern appliances, playroom and music area, it is suitable for the needs of all families, adults and younger ones.

Farmhouse, Triglav National Park

Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Mini house surrounded by greenery at the Valbruna mini golf. The cottage is the second on a small hill. Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. In the bathroom, shower, sink, and toilet with built-in bidet. To reach the mini-golf, cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left is the mini-golf signpost.

This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Dit charmante chalet is vrijstaand en gelijkvloers, geschikt voor 2 personen. De open keuken is volledig uitgerust met onder andere een vaatwasser, waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat. Het slaapgedeelte bevat een comfortabel 2-persoonsbed en voldoende kastruimte. De luxe badkamer heeft een douchecabine, wastafel en zwevend toilet. Op warme zomeravonden is het terras met zitgelegenheid de perfecte plek om de dag af te sluiten. Vanuit het chalet kunnen mooie wandelingen gemaakt worden.

The house is located in Valbruna, a small and quiet village in the Valcanale, close to the Julian Alps. It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.

Wonderful mountain hut experience in Nassfeld

A dreamlike, rustic ski hut in the middle of the Alpine paradise Nassfeld - one of the largest and most snow-sure ski areas in Austria. In winter, you strap on your skis directly from the hut to the piste next door or sled down the toboggan run, which is also right around the corner. In summer, you will discover idyllic hiking routes, mountain bike trails, via ferratas, mountain lakes and waterfalls. Relaxation and unforgettable experiences are guaranteed!

Stiwis apartment with distant views, spacious apartment

Spacious apartment on the 2nd floor of a converted old farmhouse, with stone pine and larch wood. You have to like old floors with corresponding joints in the woods. The view goes over the small village of Obervellach into the nearby mountains, where in winters and summers many sports activities allow you to relax, unwind and have fun. The apartment is spacious, with a large living and kitchen area, where there is plenty of space to linger.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Laura's vacation home

Well-kept apartment for 4-6 people, with balcony, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, shower and toilet, extra toilet, satellite TV, radio and garden. Dishes, microwave, coffee maker as well as bed linens and towels are available. In winter, 30 meters to the ski bus. You are welcome all year round. Additional information: The tax of currently 2.70 euros per adult per day is payable in cash upon arrival.
