T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

This place is everything you could want in an AirBnb! Clean, well marked and easy to find, comfortable as all heck, and the location was absolutely beautiful! Our host was awesome and so accommodating letting us check in way later than expected due to traffic! over all, our stay was all we could want and then some!

Thank-you Frank for sharing your New River get away house with us. We loved being able to drive back and forth to our nearby home in order to care for our other fur kiddos. I appreciate you being flexible to allowing us to bring Buddy last minute too. We didn't mind the train noise at all. Beautiful view on the front porch of the river, we really enjoyed how peaceful the place is.

What a beautiful place! The view was amazing. Plenty of comfortable seating on the deck to enjoy the view of the mountains. The place is so clean and comfortable. Great bed, bathroom, and living space seating. The kitchen has everything you could need. Great location too! I highly recommend this Airbnb. We couldn’t have been happier.

And, it is conveniently located near Blacksburg and Radford. We enjoyed morning coffee on the quiet patio very much, watching birds and a chipmunk. We'll definitely stay here again!"
