La Viola Vacation Home The vacation home is the original guest house of Villa La Viola. The vacation home is located on the village meadow Wijk aan Zee and is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the beach and the sea. The house is suitable for two people as standard, can be expanded to a maximum of 4 people for an additional fee, and consists of a living room combined with kitchen, separate toilet and a separate bathroom and 4 sleeping places on the floor. The house has its own parking facilities.

This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

Geniet van de mooie lichtinvallen door dakraam. Met een pelletkachel voor de (gezellige) warmte. Een fijne aparte douche en toilet. Met nespresso apparaat en kook mogelijkheid voor bv ontbijt. Warm water. Het slaapgedeelte is afgeschermd met een verduisterend gordijn. Klein zitje voor de deur.

“Kennedy Beach House” is a charming beach apartment, with three bedrooms (65 m2) and a sunny balcony, situated directly at the beautiful beach of Egmond aan Zee. The apartment is conveniently located and many wonderful shops and restaurants are a few minutes away. The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style and gives a spectacular view on the dunes. It only takes less than a minute walk to plunge into the sea to cool off. At the end of a dead-end road at the bottom of the dike overlooking the "Eilandspolder" nature reserve and a 5-minute walk from the "de Havik" mill, hidden between the reeds and right on the ring canal, is the "De Smid" vacation home. 30-minute drive from Amsterdam Noord. 30-minute drive from the Noord Zeestrand. Free Two canoes to sail. Towels/tea towels/bed linen/pans/cutlery/pepper & salt. Double bed (extra 1 person fold-out bed for child up to 1.65)

Loft in old fire station of Wijk aan Zee

Come and stay in the old Wilhelminaschool from 1884. In a quiet street is our building that was once built as a school, then served as a fire station and where we now live. This third classroom has been refurbished with a lot of love and patience and has now been transformed into a cozy 70m2 loft. Because the space has an open staircase and fairly open balustrade, the apartment is not suitable for small children. Kids from 7 years old are welcome.

Welcome to Koerhuys Alkmaar! A one-of-a-kind 16th century courtyard house located at the old city center. Walking distance to the cheese market, shops, restaurants, bars and monuments but the courtyard feels peaceful and secluded. Good base to explore Amsterdam, tullip fields, old villages, dunes and the nearby beaches! The house was lovingly renovated with a new kitchen, a modern bathroom, and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel.

Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back, a spacious garden room with fireplace and next to it a private garden. You can heat the garden room with the fireplace. In winter, it may be too cold to sit there with just the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bathtub and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Wonderful apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!
