Elegant Brooklyn style loft in the heart of Hamburg

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

Very cozy Apartment for 2. "HH1"

With approximately 23 square meters, it is the smallest - the "cozy" apartment for one person, be happy for 2, when the 140-bed, he is big enough for you. Nevertheless, everything is there to feel comfortable at once: a fully equipped, ultra modern mini kitchen with espresso machine, a flat screen TV, wireless, wall safe, a little work and an elegant bathroom. The underfloor heating ensures a pleasant room climate and the black-out curtains for undisturbed sleep. The apartment has a private entrance with small patio outside. Here you can spend hours relaxing in the garden.

Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. The bright, cozy and modern holiday apartment is located on the 2nd upper floor. The connection to the city is very good. On foot you can reach the S-Bahn (suburban train) station Langenfelde in about 3 minutes. From there, an S-Bahn runs every 10 minutes to the city center or to the harbor. Duration to city center (Stadthausbrücke) 16 min. On foot you can reach two shops in about 4 minutes: Penny (8:00-23:00) and REWE City (8:00-24:00)

The bright apartment is located on the 1st floor of a newly renovated old building villa in the charming and family-friendly district of Eimsbüttel. In the vicinity are a variety of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, bars and boutiques. The Eimsbütteler Park directly behind the house also offers a wonderful recreational opportunity in the countryside overlooking the pond. Welcome to my studio with a separate entrance. A well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area for 2 people awaits you. From the box-spring bed you have a view into the garden. The shower room is newly renovated. You can walk to the bus stations on Frohmestrasse. There are also all shops, post office and restaurants. The exit of the A 7, Schnelsen, is around the corner.
