Amazing host in a unique property! My wife and I stayed one night as we were passing through to Admont for some sight seeing. We wish we would’ve had the time to stay longer to explore such a beautifully unique area and property in Austria. Will 100% be back to visit soon! Beautiful apartment, the location was perfect, just a 15 min walk from the inner city and near a nice park to chill in. We really enjoyed our stay here and it contributed to our great time in Graz. Davide was a wonderful host and would recommend him highly to anyone☺️.

We spent a few days here. The location is perfect, shops, city and sleding area are in walking distance. The house is convinient, there is a big living room and two bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. Angelika and Günther are really nice people and helpful. Two notes about the house: the two living rooms are not next each other. Heating is through a wood fired boiler.

Great apartment, very nice and clean. Perfectly located in a small village. Delicious drinks were provided in the refrigerator, the garden was pleasantly protected and had a beautiful view. Especially perfect for traveling with dogs, there were also treats on site.

Lovely little apartment in the heart of Eisenerz. Ideal for two people. Culture and nature all around. Wonderful.

Hosts were very friendly, location is very nice and quiet. Due to the sloping roof, the apartment looks a bit smaller and if you are a bit larger, it is a bit difficult in the kitchenette.

We felt right at home! The kids had to get used to the lack of TV and WiFi, but thanks to the Erzberg rodeo, they were exhausted from the day anyway.

We had a very nice week in Silke's apartment. For 2 people, it is more than large enough and everything you need or could need is available. Silke is also available at any time for questions or problems and you will receive an answer within a very short time. There are plenty of shopping opportunities and they can be reached by car in a few minutes. Here, it would certainly also be advisable to take bicycles or similar with you. You hardly notice the proximity to the highway.

Amazing place to stay in an amazing and historical town. We had specifically gone for the Erzberg enduro and this accommodation was perfectly suited for location and access. Armin is a great host, super responsive and very easy to deal with. Excellent stay.

Thanks to Susanne for this great place! We felt well taken care of. The house is very nicely prepared and the sauna and outdoor hot tube were perfect! The view from the balcony is a dream! We will be happy to come back.

We were very satisfied with everything. We kept in touch with the host from the time of booking until the day of departure, he was available throughout, and helped with everything. We also received program and restaurant tips from him in the neighborhood. We arrived late at night, but that was not a problem, we could easily take the key from a box. Cute surprises awaited us on the table and Nespresso coffee was prepared. The accommodation completely enchanted us, it offered us more than a 5-star hotel. Spacious rooms and spaces, pharmacy cleanliness, good equipment and comfort. We were able to connect perfectly here, the building and its surroundings are characterized by tranquility and silence. The center of Mariazell can be reached from here in 20 minutes by a pleasant walk. In addition, there are also recreational opportunities for rainy days at the accommodation: Netflix, board games, a hot tub in the garden, a sauna in the neighboring building (2 euros/20 minutes). I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone, the best accommodation we've ever been to!

We were there for Formula 1, the location of the apartment was great. Beautiful roof terrace and also the other surroundings beautiful, so that you could also do something good. Shopping is just around the corner. Everything clean, great aquarium in the apartment - we felt comfortable all around.

We stayed with Nikolaus for the second time for 1 week. As with the first time, everything was GREAT! Accommodation was super clean, Nikolaus very hospitable and we felt very comfortable there. My fullest recommendation! I would always book the place again.
