The perfect place for rest and relaxation. Jump into the water from the private jetty or paddle. The house is situated in a unique location on an (artificial) island in Lake Neusiedl. Fantastic 180 m² living space and 1000 m² garden. Decorated for Christmas starting in December. Upper floor barrier-free with large wing, bedroom, reading corner, work area, bathroom and the large kitchen-living room with 2 kitchen areas. Lower floor: 2nd bedroom with bathroom, children's corner. Our garden: large pool with counter-current system, large grill, lounge corner with pergola and terrace with large awning. 💗

In Seibersdorf there is an IAEA laboratory as well as the research center. Nice outdoor swimming pool within walking distance.

Our two apartments in Mörbisch, furnished with a lot of love, are waiting for you :-))) We are very much looking forward to seeing you :-)) Each apartment, 35 m², has its own fenced sweet garden and a large terrace. It doesn't get any closer to the lake and the village center :-) Still very quiet and idyllic.
