The spacious house, located in a quiet area, accommodates up to 6 people. A generous living room of about 40 m² and a conservatory of approximately 25 m² — both situated right next to the kitchen — offer plenty of space to relax and unwind. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The garage provides space for two cars — keeping them cool in the summer and eliminating the need to scrape ice in the winter. The garden area invites you to sunbathe or simply relax.

The large, red electric boat has two large batteries and a powerful 800 watt motor. It is a classic Fronius boat, which would normally cost as much as 70 EUR/day when rented at the port. The boat is included in the overnight price.

Our small guest apartment can accommodate 2 people, a mattress can be provided for a third person. Outside under construction! For the sight of bricks, wood and building materials in the courtyard, our cozy garden in the back compensates.
