Beachfront holiday rentals in Eixample

Kerstin’s apartment was great, the patio overlooking the sea with full kitchen table setting was amazing, we enjoyed our breakfast meals out there every day. Kerstin went above & beyond meeting us personally to hand off the keys & provide a personal tour. We did experience challenges & inconveniences with transportation to reach our downtown excursions & dinner reservations as our elderly mothers were with us and were unable to walk up the steep hill to the street and the additional couple of blocks to the bus & train stations. Taxi cabs, Uber & Lyft were too busy and unavailable to get to the (remote) area for the entire day. This place is absolutely perfect for anyone staying there without accessibility or mobility challenges.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the hosts was perfect– always quick and friendly. We really appreciated being able to drop off our luggage before check-in, which made our arrival much easier. All in all, a smooth and pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, great place for the money. Location is 10/10, right by the beach, near some great restaurants, supermarket across the street. Luis is a great host, was always very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house probably needs some minor repairs on things like shelves, cabinets, etc. overall good value though.

El departamento es ideal para 6, matrimonio y 4 hijos como máximo. Es espectacular regresaremos sin dudarlo. Nos cruzábamos e íbamos a la playa. El unico tema es que la ducha de un baño la temperatura del agua no tiene control, o anda mal, imposible un valor intermedio, pero seguro lo solucionaran, recomiendo !!!

Spotless & comfy: The place was sparkling clean when we arrived, with fresh linens and everything in perfect order. You can tell the owners take real pride in keeping it immaculate. Super-host service: Carlos met us on arrival, handed over the keys, and walked us through every little detail with genuine warmth. Unbeatable location: Step outside and you’re literally one road away from the sand. We could actually see the Mediterranean from the living-room window—sunrises with coffee were next-level. Family & pet friendly: The building felt very secure, the neighborhood was relaxed and quiet at night, and there was plenty of green space nearby for our four-legged travel buddy to stretch out. If you’re looking for a safe, clean, and truly beachfront base in Barcelona—especially with kids or pets—this is the spot. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Great roof terrace, plenty of space outside. Several mini-markets around for food/drinks and very easy to catch the train into Barcelona. The stunning beach was only a couple of minutes walk, very clean and crystal clear water. There was limited crockery and glasses if you have 4 people, but I guess most will be eating out. Everything else we required was provided. Would definitely return.

We stayed at this accommodation as the location was only 40 mins taxi away from Barcelona F1 Grand Prix, Just wanted a place to sleep, shower and relax when not at the racing. Accommodation was clean and tidy and had all the facilities that you would need. We eat out at the Restaurants in Diagonal Mar which was a 5 minute walk from accommodation. We also spent a day on the hop on hop off bus where the bus stop was as also at the Diagonal Mar, 5 min walk Good location for what we wanted. Great communication from the owner from when we arrived. The apartment was stellar, stayed for a week with my partner and 3 friends and we had a blast. Really close to the beach, washer and dryer for clothes. Outdoor pool, very clean.

It was like a home away from home at Badalona, Barcelona. Zeltia is a wonderful person and a great host. Guides you accurately through her videos. Her home is well maintained. The view of Sea from this place is amazing. Overall it was a great stay here in Barcelona. Would surely like to come again, if we get an opportunity.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cristina's place , the rooftop with the swimming pool is georgous , apartment really cosy. Nice stay ;!

We had such a lovely few days at this apartment. It was clean and comfortable with beautiful balconies. Very convenient for the beach and metro station. Carlos, our agent, was extremely responsive and helpful and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Would definitely love to go back!

Wonderful experience! The boat is beautiful and spacious. Restaurants and supermarket around. Peaceful. It can be quite warm inside but fresh breeze outside. The staff were super kind and friendly to us. We are very happy about the experience and thankful with the staff. 150% recommended!

Schönes kleines und gepflegtes Apartment in toller Lage. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Kleine Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe und zwei Minuten fussläufig zum Strand.

Eine sehr charmante Wohnung mit schöner Dachterasse. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der nette Vermieter, der einen bei Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Auch bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an Nichts. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Bahnhof und in Strandnähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

This apartement is great and comes with a beautiful sea view. As the flat lies on the outskirts of the city, it is less noisy than in the rest of Barcelona. We were 6 people and really enjoyed our stay. Josep was a friendly host and always responsive when we had questions or needed help.
