Holiday rentals with beach access in El Cabanyal, Poblats Marítims

An apartment located very close to a beautiful beach, which is the biggest advantage of this place! The apartment is spacious and very comfortable for a family of 5. In addition, something that surprised us, was prepared beach towels for every guest, which made it very easy for us to sunbathe. We recommend this place!

Great little apartment, within a few minutes walk of the beach and restaurants. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Apartment was clean and looked just like the photos. Lovely touches like dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent available to use, as well as basic things needed for cooking (eg salt, pepper and oil).

Staying with Cristina was great! We shared the apartment with a couple of friends. The location is great - the beach is a 2-minute walk away and the tram is right on the doorstep. The apartment is very well maintained and cozy and very well equipped. The kitchen is very well equipped with many utensils, so you can cook yourself without problems. You can't see it so well in the pictures, but from the kitchen you can also get to a balcony where you can hang laundry. We had enough space for the four of us. Communication with Cristina was great, she was always available for questions and responded quickly. We arrived very late in the evening on the day of arrival. That was no problem either, Cristina's husband met us in front of the apartment and showed us everything. We definitely recommend the apartment and would book it again if we are back in Valencia. We will be happy to come back :)

The place was as described. Very clean and well-equipped, everything you need for a short stay. The beach is within walking distance, the city center is a little further away, but no problem with metro or bicycle.

A lovely place to stay next to the beach in the El Cabanyal district. It's a very interesting neighbourhood to stay: sometimes its a bit rough on the eye (as a former fisherman village, which is still being developed), but also hosts plenty of great coffee shops and a wide selection of excellent restaurants walking distance away - you can definitely feel that hip vibe. The apartment itself is very well equipped, we found everything we could've expected. Carlos and his son Pablo only communicate in Spanish - we did most of our talking with google translator, worked well. Overall, a great experience, would recommend.

Ismael and Amparo were so helpful and friendly! The apartment was very clean, the a/c was perfect, and the location was less than a block from the beach! The restaurant next door was very yummy and there were a few other great options nearby too! The attention to detail of all the amenities was much appreciated! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would come back again 100% It is exactly as it looks in the pictures, very stylish and clean with good amenities! The location is great too as it’s a quiet street but close to the beach and lots of nice food places nearby. The only downsides were some issues with the trip switches, but the hosts were always responsive and helpful in fixing these.

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! The hosts were amazing and super nice. We felt truly at home. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Valencia!

My wife and I travelled to Valencia for treatment at IVI and needed to extend our trip at short notice and were looking for a place to stay a short drive from the clinic. Paloma answered all of my questions immediately and the booking was sorted within minutes! For the next week this home became our refuge and Paloma’s support and kindness was immeasurable. We felt instantly at home here. The place was very well taken care of and full of character. As collectors ourselves, we were delighted by the antiques and art. It felt like a museum full of discovery. Paloma was super responsive, always very helpful and replied to all questions and requests immediately. She was accommodating and flexible and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. The location was beautiful, walkable in all directions with no shortage of activities. There was even a 5k running track starting at the flat and following along the bio park which was such a joy for me. As a woman, the area felt safe at all times.

The experience at the accommodation was perfect. The place was impeccable, as shown in the photos, very clean and comfortable. The location is great. The host was very kind, he welcomed us with local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

A fantastic stay at Silvia’s! She’s a brilliant host, very welcoming, responsive and with a great sense of humour! Silvia place is in fab spot for transport and 5 minutes walk over to the beautiful beaches. We hired bikes for the 3 days to cycle up through the park to the old town, along beach to Little Venice and also down to south beach and lagoon area in between cycling over to the university hockey pitches to take in the Masters euros( the reason for our visit), great cycle tracks throughout and highly recommend. Definetly be in touch with Silvia if (when) returning to Valencia. Thank you!

Juan is particularly welcoming, friendly and caring. The apartment is perfect: quiet, with a superb unobstructed view, close to a huge park, very well-equipped and very clean. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect, down to the smallest details: coffee, drinks, milk, cakes, shower gel, shampoo, medicine cabinet, etc. I can only highly recommend Juan and I will rent his apartment again without any hesitation. A big thank you, everything was great.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

Impeccable and 100% functional apartment. Everything was very clean and the apartment is even better than in the photos. Eva was very helpful, let me check in early and responded quickly. The apartment has all the utensils and amenities available and everything was working very well. Excellent location! It would be back for sure!
