Luminoso y bonito loft situado en una antigua casa valenciana, en el típico barrio marinero del Cabanyal, reformado recientemente. Habitación principal unida a salón con un pequeño balcón a la calle, cocina completa con acceso a una fantástica y soleada terraza , y cuarto de baño. Amazing Loft close to the Beach. WIFI

Fantástico Loft en el Cabañal cerca de la playa. El lugar perfecto para disfrutar de tu estancia en Valencia. Totalmente renovado, el loft en planta baja cuenta con una sala de estar, zona de comedor cocina, dormitorio y una terraza interior. Pueden dormir 4 personas, en una cama doble y un sofá cama comodísimos! A escasos metros de Casa Montaña, a 5 minutos de la playa y del tranvía. Muy bien conectado con el centro de la ciudad, Ciutat vella, la estación de tren, el aeropuerto, etc!!

Nice house with 3 bathrooms, patio near the beach

Hello! Valencia is one of the most beautiful cities in Spain. It has beach and mountains and very good weather. We have many km of bike path, it is a pleasure to visit the city by bike. The Cabañal is a historic neighborhood with many protected houses being old between the sea and the city center. Near the house you can find all kinds of services, supermarket Day 7 minutes walk or Mercadona at 10. Pharmacy 24h and lots of restaurants and bars, but above all a great beach.
