The bathroom is well equipped, with nice and hot shower. The energy will be charged extra using the Airbnb tools for that. For longer term renting (28 days +) it will be charged as it comes in the bill. For short terms (less than 28 days) we will charge by the meter taking a pic of it by check in/out
