Fiber optic Wi-Fi. Grill for 6 with utensils. Deckchairs to take to the beach. Parking space. No separate electricity charge.

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

It is also very close to the city of Colonia del Sacramento (25 km), a UNESCO World Heritage site. The house is nice, comfortable, practical. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
