Has a large integrated kitchen/ living room with wood burning stove and a deck facing a green backyard.

A very quiet area, ideal for resting. There are 2 supermarkets just one block away. The house has Smart TV (YouTube and Netflix), Internet (WiFi), dishes and kitchen items, towels, sheets, pillows, both bedrooms and living room have air conditioning. Patio and grill. Covered parking. Chairs to take to the beach.

Our house is located in a very interesting point of Cologne, a quiet neighborhood with proximity to several places of interest in the city. You'll love my place because of the natural light, the backyard with a barbecue and green space, the wood stove, the spaciousness, the comfortable and spacious kitchen, complete with basic condiments available. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families, and large groups of friends.

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

Exceptional house in the historic center of Cologne! The house is maintained as a vintage house. It is our grandparents' house and conveys the essence and joy of our family. It has everything you need to enjoy a family weekend with an unbeatable view of Cologne's sunsets. The sunset photo is exactly as seen from the house's terrace, and it's in the heart of the historic center, overlooking the Yates port. It's unique!

La Serena is a 3 bedroom house located 9 kilometres from Colonia's old town and port. Surrounded by a 4 HAS garden, it's ideal for visitors expecting to enjoy the countryside and nature. La Arenisca beach is within walking distance (~1.3 Kms far). The house has 2 bedrooms in the ground floor and 1 bedroom in the upper floor. Pets are not allowed.
