We ask our guests to take into account the size of the apartment, 36m2. The apartment is not suitable for children of 12 years old and under, and we are unable to accept them. The studio includes a microwave, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, portable cooktop, and toaster (there is no washing machine). Access is via an elevator to the second floor, followed by stairs.

For a relaxed beach holiday, the location doesn’t get any better than this. You step out of the house and the beach is literally right there.

Entire 1-bedroom apartment for 2 people (as it is a 1-bedroom listing, the others will be locked), just 5 km from Salou beach and 3 km from Portaventura, located in the center of Vilaseca. The TV only works as a Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Like most cities, parking can be difficult, but there is an option to rent an underground parking space in a nearby building in advance. FOURTH FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATOR.

My place is close to the beach, Tarragona, El Vendrell, Valls, and Port Aventura. You'll love my place because all the rooms overlook the outside, the living room is very bright, in the summer it's very busy but the rest of the year it's a very quiet place. My place is great for couples and families (with kids).
