Holiday rentals with a fire pit in El Mirage

This is a spacious modern home near the top of Black Mountain looking west. Nestled on the side of the mountain with a 40 store high view across the valley. Beautiful sunsets from the second floor deck or patio below. Kitchen is well appointed and modern. Everything works. Spacious bedrooms. Very quiet yet secluded. Nate was a great host.

Both Carolann and her co-host Katelyn were great with communication, which to me is the most important part of the Airbnb process. The place itself was just as described, with a fun little indoor gaming area with a pool table and foosball and a very welcoming backyard space. They provided some travel toiletries in the bathrooms as well as having all the basics in the kitchen that we needed. The place was clean and had plenty of space for us and our dog. No issues at all, I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone staying in Surprise!

This house was exactly as advertised and pictured. The host was timely with responses even though they were out of town two time zones away. The property was great for our two large dogs. We reside in the PNW and I was worried about cacti and insects. The fenced back yard has a nice dog run free of plants which put my mind at ease. There is also a gate that blocks the bedrooms and bathrooms from access. This worked well when we had to run a quick errand to keep our dogs from having the whole house. Really nice place. Great host.

Lacie’s property was absolutely perfect for my brother’s wedding weekend! Our families—young and old—gathered to celebrate, and it worked beautifully for everyone. Every guest who walked through the door had the same reaction: “This place is amazing!” The home was spacious, stylish, and fully equipped—from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy, comfortable beds. The pool was a hit, and there were plenty of spaces to relax or gather as a group. It truly set the tone for a joyful and unforgettable celebration. Thank you, Lacie, for helping make such a special weekend possible. We’ll absolutely be back!

The house was pristine! The game room kept the kids and dads busy! Pool was great, lots of space. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back!

Well I want to give Chelsea and Cat and Leslie 5 stars on everything. Asking about price, 5 stars means I thought it was very fair and a very good value for what we needed, our budget, and the alternatives--made me feel like it is something I would want to do again. It's kind of scary watching your card being charged for something you havent seen yet, but we neednt have worried a bit. The place was so spacious! All the things you would want in the kitchen--even a steamer for the green beans! What all we found in cabinets and garage was what we needed. When I asked about adding an extra day, the response was quick, and would have been a nice deal, we just didn't end up needing it. I dont do AirBnB very often, so thanks for being so nice and holding my hand thru this. You are near my home in Sun City so it was a good place for our out of town guests, and my husband and I spent time there too as it was so comfortable and inviting. Made hosting and dining together fun.

My family truly enjoyed our stay ! We recommend more lighting in the guest bathroom and ensure host neighbors do not disturb guests. Clean kitchen garbage cans. All else was FINE. Great Host!

Jay was very responsive any time I had a question and was very proactive. Pictures of the unit are precise and I will be staying here again. Love the gym area as well. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Great accommodations

This place was great, the apartment was really spacious and clean, and had everything we needed! Bonus points because the pool was well kept by the complex's management (and that's coming from a pool operator; I was impressed).

Awesome place to stay with lots of shopping in the area. The complex has multiple pools/hot tubs that are amazing for hot summer days.

Calm area, lovely garden/backyard area, very different experience than other locations. Enjoyed it for what little time we had. Would return next year if given the opportunity. Thank you!!
