We ask you to be considerate of the other neighbors' peace, so we inform you that it is totally forbidden to have parties in the building and in the apartment. Modern, refurbished, high specs apartment on a central quiet part of beautiful Seville. 10 min walk to all the monuments, 5 min away from main bus station. Beautiful open plan kitchen, loads of light with a king size bed bedroom with balcony to main street. There is also gorgeous living room with balcony too with a sofa bed in case you are more than 2. Both rooms have AC a must in Seville from spring to autumn. Great for a short visit or for a long one, great value for money.
