Where do we begin? We’ve been traveling for a month and this has been by far our greatest location and host. We were personally welcomed to her home and shown everything we needed to know about how to use the space. She even had a wonderful bottle of wine and croissants waiting for us! She took the time to show us a map of the local area, where all her favorite places were located, and how to use the bus line and metro! Her home is beautiful and so comfortable! You will have everything you need while you are there. The patio area is lovely and very private. We felt very safe at all times in this part of the old town. We didn’t want to leave! If you are even thinking of staying here…do it! It’s a wonderful, comfortable place with a very special host. Thank you so much for everything!!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten in der Wohnung von Raul in Xàbia. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts war völlig unkompliziert – wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders genossen haben wir den schönen Balkon, der dank ausreichend Schatten auch an warmen Tagen ein angenehmer Rückzugsort war. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die beiden Liegestühle, die man bequem mit zum Pool nehmen konnte – eine tolle Ergänzung! Xàbia selbst hat uns absolut begeistert: Der Sandstrand ist traumhaft schön, das Wasser glasklar, und die Strandpromenade bietet viele tolle Lokale mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Im Juni war der Ort angenehm ruhig und überhaupt nicht überlaufen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Unterkunft sauber und komfortabel. Lage gut um ohne Auto ein paar entspannteTage zu verbringen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett nicht zum Strand, sondern Richtung Shoppingcenter (laut/hell bei geöffneten Fenster)

Victoria and Daniel could not have been more attentive, warm and friendly. Their willingness to help was just so amazing!! Their response to our messages was immediate. They treated us more like family from the time we arrived - and even before that by insisting they meet us at the bus station and dropping us off at the end of our stay. Be in no doubt, Victoria and Daniel deserve more stars than we are able to give them.

A really nice studio-style apartment with a large terrace overlooking the gardens. The perfect place for a peaceful stay with the luxury of having a large pool on site. Very quiet at the time we were there which made it feel like we had the place to ourselves, and the few owner-occupiers we did meet were lovely. Car necessary to get around the area conveniently, but the apartment is centrally located between Denia and Javea with the village of Jesus Pobre and it's number of very nice local restaurants a 3-minute drive away. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you, Vicente.

Super empfehlenswerte Wohnung. Check-in und Check-out waren problemlos, variabel und unkompliziert. Die Gastgeber waren zu jedem Zeitpunkt erreichbar, auch in der Nacht, und haben einen sorglosen Urlaub möglich gemacht. Die Wohnung sah wie auf den Bildern aus und war top modern. Diese Wohnung ist für einen Urlaub in Valencia die perfekte Wahl!

Nos ha gustado mucho la comodidad y accesibilidad, las vistas al mar y el acceso directo a la playa. El apartamento es muy cómodo, con una terraza bastante amplia. Ampliamos por una noche más, ya que estuvimos muy a gusto. El anfitrión ha estado muy pendiente durante la estancia, además, nos ofreció instrucciones muy claras para la llegada.

First off, let me say that Juan goes way beyond in communications and willingness to be there for you. He left us a couple of beers and some Danishes for a welcome and our first breakfast. He came by and said hello, something I had never experienced from a host. The apartment is on the 11th floor and the view of the Mediterranean is spectacular. The apartment has an air unit but we opened the doors at both ends of the place and had a cooling breeze the entire time. The property is walking distance to a large well stocked grocery store as well as many choices in dining experiences. I marked a 4 on "easy to find" only because I do not know Spanish and there are similar looking buildings in the area. This is not Juan's fault. Once you get your bearings, it is really an outstanding location. Beds are comfortable and beach equipment was provided. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely go back if I find myself in the Valencia area again!

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

Ein Glücksgriff. Sehr spontan mussten wir eine Unterkunft buchen und wenige Stunden später waren wir schon in Almudenas Wohnung. Direkt am Strand, toller Pool, viel Platz mit 3 SZ und 3 Bädern, großer Terrasse - für uns perfekt! Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind top und es war alles blitzeblank geputzt. Wer eine entspannte Woche abseits des Touristenrummels verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig!

👋 Hello! I booked this apartment for myself and 3 girl friends! Everything was perfect, The garden/ grounds are pristine and the pool was so beautiful. The apartment was great with good quality equipment and bedding etc. A short walk took you to the beautiful marina with so many restaurants. Thanks so much for such a great trip!! Eine schöne Unterkunft im Herzen der Stadt. Man ist schnell im Park oder bei der Kathedrale. Die Wohnung war für drei Leute auch groß genug. Wir würden auch beim nächsten Besuch versuchen die Wohnung wieder zu Buchen.

Fantastic apartment with an amazing social lounge/kitchen. Within walking distance of the port and arenal. The apartment has everything you need and more. Kenny was super helpful and when we had an issue and Kenny responded to my message in minutes and fixed the issue straight away. We will definitely be going back next year .

La casa y las instalaciones están muy bien y la anfitriona muy disponible y amable.

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

Carla fue muy atenta y amable y nos dio una cálida bienvenida. El apartamento mejor aún que lo que se veía en las fotos, estaba decorado con muy buen gusto, impecablemente limpio y tenía todo los necesario. La zona es muy tranquila y bonita para relajarse y descansar cerca del mar. Super recomendable y esperamos poder repetir en cuanto podamos.

El alojamiento es acogedor y práctico para pasar unos días tranquilos y disfrutar de la playa. Gisela, se mostró muy amable, nos recomendó varios lugares . Tuvimos varios percances durante el viaje y se mostró muy comprensiva. Era la primera vez que viajábamos con nuestro bebé y el alojamiento estaba perfectamente equipado, no tuvimos que cargar con tantas cosas. Agradecemos su paciencia y atención. Lo hemos pasado genial.

Acabo de llegar de este precioso apartamento en el que he pasado un fin de semana con una amiga. Ubicado de forma inmejorable si deseas tranquilidad ( aunque Denia está a 8 minutos ) y con todo lo necesario para que te sientas como en casa. Salida directa a la playa desde la pequeña y familiar urbanización, que tb dispone de una limpia y bonita piscina de agua salada. Restaurantes y supermercado muy cerquita . Jordi siempre atento, muchas gracias por todo. Sin duda un lugar para disfrutar y repetir.
