Holiday rentals with a patio in El Rocío

Best experience at a stay. Clean and very homey. Would stay here again every time in a heartbeat. It’s in the center of the touristic areas. Walk distance from castle Alcazar. Very friendly and responsive host. Easy and very clear instructions for check in and check out.

Firstly Nicholas is a great host. He makes the effort to communicate much before you arrive. This is a very central place and all walks / tours can be planned easily from here. There is so much to do in Seville that we didn’t get a chance to use the cool outdoor plunge pool more than once but when we return we shall!! The master bedroom is big! Lovely patio area to relax and have drinks Real Alcazar and Seville Cathedral round the corner…. So convenient … lovely walk via canal path to Triana which has nice restaurants. A circular walk from Nicolas’s place - by Canal de Alfonso XIII - Parque de Maria Luisa - Plaza de Espana - into the lovely jardines del Sebastian, past Plaza Don Juan de Austria, skirting Universidad de Seville and then into Murillo Gardens with lovely Oleander trees - through Santa Cruz and back to the place for future guests will emphasise the central location. Very nice apartment with great amenities, very tasteful and high-quality furnishings, small courtyard with awning, great location on the edge of the old town. We felt very comfortable. Great tips from Maria for good restaurants and excursions, very good communication and accessibility. We can highly recommend the accommodation.

We loved staying in this beautiful apartment, the best we've ever stayed in. It was lovely to be greeted by Maria & Jakob outside the apartment when we arrived & they took time to show us round & explain how everything worked which we really appreciated. They gave us lots of helpful recommendations for restaurants, places to visit etc & there was lots of information in the apartment too. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable & really does have everything you might possibly need. Maria & Jakob have clearly tried to think of every little detail & it shows. The rooftop terrace was great, very peaceful with shaded areas, so nice to have breakfast & evening drinks there. Huge thanks to Maria & Jakob for making our stay in Sevilla a truly memorable one.

Paula is a great host, the apartment is very cozy and located in a quiet area with plenty of parking, close to the beach and bars, supermarkets, etc.... a very nice experience, to repeat, without a doubt.

Beautiful house, with attention to detail, very well located. They respond very quickly to messages, provide you with another contact number just in case, and are flexible with check-in.

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to most attractions with supermarket and restaurants just outside the door. Apartment is on first floor but there is a lift. Plenty of supplies in kitchen. A few noisy neighbours above early in the mornings but this is pretty standard in apartment blocks. Pastora was great and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great hosts and a great place to stay. We have a large family, and had room for all the kids! Great walking distance to everything in town! The air conditioning works well which is important in Sevilla. Simple, yet clean and hosts were great. I highly recommend!!!

Ana was amazing through the whole planning process, super helpful with recommendations of what to do in the space. The house was set up incredibly well for the group with small touches throughout. The perfect location for a fun but relaxing weekend away with friends.

It is a beautiful and quiet accommodation, perfect for disconnecting. Its location, the style and design of the construction, the pool, the garden , listening only to the singing of the birds …. make you never want to leave. This tastefully decorated and all very well cared for, super clean, has everything you could need and the treatment with the host is simply unbeatable. Definitely a place to go back to.

Daniel’s place was perfect! We were right in the center of old Seville. The location was exemplary. The local cuisine was marvelous. Daniel’s apartment is gorgeous. All the rooms were perfectly clean, and the colors of each room really gave us a sense of being distinct but traditional. All the amenities were as described and were in excellent condition. Daniel even made sure we had cold water in the fridge on arrival, a complimentary wine bottle that we enjoyed. Lastly, the view from the 2 leveled roof was straight out of a movie I wish I could give this listing 10 stars! I would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

An excellent villa, with a brilliant private pool, which sits in a walled garden, that is not overlooked. The villa was even better than the photos on the website. An excellent space with everything you could need for a holiday. The location was great as well, easy bus or cheap Uber into Seville, which is a brilliant city, with so much to do. Tomares itself has some good local restaurants, within walking distance. Overall we had a brilliant holiday in a brilliant villa.

Marilo's apartment is very nice, clean and cozy, you feel very good there. The bonus is the jacuzzi, very appreciable after a day of sightseeing in Seville, which is located only about ten kilometers away (about 25 minutes by car). Marilo is a caring host, very attentive and available. We had a great stay, thank you Marilo!

Perfect place to stay ! Close to everything

Cozy apartment with all the necessities. Carolina always attended to me immediately and was very attentive. I chose the location because it was close to work, but I was right because it is perfect for resting and being calm. Would choose it again.

Our family loves this place. It is exactly the same as the pictures: the location is on the main street, it is convenient for people going to the old city and attractions, and it is also convenient to take the bus to the airport; it is located on the top floor with an elevator, the environment in the building is clean, the scenery outside the large angle window is great, there are several delicious restaurants and breakfast shops nearby; the bathroom space is sufficient.It was really great!
