We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

3 bed 1.5bath townhouse with 1 car garage. Fully furnished with beautiful high end but cozy furnishings. Max guests are 6 adults 1 infant no extra guests. 1 cal-king, 1 queen, 2 twin beds. Please be advised there are stairs and some people say they are steep. Smart TVs YouTube TV Netflix etc. High speed Wi-Fi internet is included. The house has central heating and air conditioning and is professionally cleaned before every booking. Home comes fully stocked with everything you need.

Spacious & Charming Gold Coast Home on the Island

Great place for travelers looking to visit the bay area or for families visiting relatives here in Alameda. 5 min drive to Alameda Ferry and 2 min walk to SF bus (25 mins to SF). This is a 1 bedroom, one bath duplex in a great neighborhood. Although its a 1 bed unit we do have a set of bunk beds in the bedroom and a pack-n-play crib for a infant. Its great for a couple or a family of 4 who would rather have access whole house rather than squeezing into a hotel room.

Enjoy nature & great design in one gorgeous location. We are 200 ft from beach. Rentals usually have 4 nt min stay (except for holidays). High season (Sept thru Mid Oct) has 5 nt min stay with check in days on Fridays (but ask if you want Thurs check-in) . Longer stays possible, just ask. Occasionally, we have a last minute deal (LMD) with shorter stays. Let us know if you want to be added to the LMD list.
