The house is 150 sqm large in a 500 sqm plot located in a residential quiet area. Pool is 30 sqm large. Quietness of the environment needs to be preserved.

The house is located in S’Arraco (right between Andratx and San Telmo) and overlooks to beautiful Tramuntana Mountains. The short drive from the road to the house is a small piece not too narrow but curvy and a bit rough, but not difficult to drive. Our pool is 5m to 10m.
