A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

I really enjoyed my stay. The views of the ocean are incredible!! What a joy to cook from the kitchen looking out over the ocean and then eat on the terrace listening to the sound of the waves. The location is great to pop down for a morning swim or snorkel, go for a hike, or an evening stroll along the seafront. Communication was easy and friendly.

Fantastic stay! We had an incredible time with the family. Ideal for going with children for the convenience of being literally right on the beach. A very nice, practical house with wonderful views. Everything is easy and simple with Manuela, very kind. We'll try to come back for sure!

Nice and spacious apartment, as the pictures showed. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, plates etc, so cooking yourself could be very easy. Communication with Patty, who received us, was very easy. Apartment is a short walk from the boulevard.

Our stay at Vladi's house in Jávea was excellent. The house was very well equipped and located, ideal for a few days of rest. Vladi has been a 10-star host: always kind, attentive and willing to help. He responded very quickly to any questions and made sure everything was perfect. We would repeat without hesitation!

Everything is great. The comfortable beds, the air conditioning works very well, the bathroom is very large and the shower is fantastic. In the kitchen there was everything, sugar, oil tea, kitchen paper, etc. We didn't cook but it looked great in terms of cutlery and pots. Spotless sheets and towels.

This is a beautiful apartment and you can’t fault the location. Equally close to the port and the beach and with access to the sea right on the doorstep. The nautical theme of the apartment was a nice feature and Kiek was a fabulous host. Very highly recommend!

Stayed at this beautiful villa for a week with my family and could not have had a better time. Mark was the perfect host from the moment we arrived- even making my mum a cup of tea upon arrival! The surroundings are exceptional and the villa itself is the nicest villa we have ever stayed in. Javea Holiday Rentals say they go above and beyond and this could not be more true! This is one of the places I’ll definitely come back to! It was an absolute pleasure staying at this lovely apartment, from the amazing sea view greeting you morning and evening, daily sunrise, calm and quiet neighbourhood that’s a pleasure to take a daily walk through. The place has everything you need and more, María clearly has put a lot of thought and work to craft such a cozy and welcoming place, on top of being an excellent host that made sure we felt home.

Great place to stay for us. Loved the apartment and we were very comfortable. Everything good quality and working perfectly. Enjoyed the balcony and the pool - so lovely and quiet at the time we visited. Super location close to the beach via short walk along marina/canal. We didn't have a car, but if we had, parking would have been easy. Javea is a lovely town, and we enjoyed visiting the port as well as the beach. VincenteyPatri were very helpful and responsive, communication before and during our stay was always prompt, with offers to help and the information booklet in the apartment was super - full instructions for everything, plus lots of recommendations for restaurants and beaches.
