Absolutely beautiful villa! Watching the sunrise in the morning was a highlight. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The hosts were friendly and the communication was easy. A fantastic Airbnb that we can wholeheartedly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful villa, surpassed our expectations and even nicer than the pictures. Lots of lovely finishing touches which made it feel special. Bottle of wine and water I. The fridge and a little arrival pack which was nice. Outside kitchen was fab, the whole outside area was just lovely. Thank you for having us xx

A wonderfully quiet area in a villa district with a good supermarket at 500m. Well received by Yves, what a nice , relaxed man is. Spacious house and large beautiful garden and peace and quiet. Ideal that there is a dishwasher and washing machine. The roof terrace has a great view. As a unique selling point, you could definitely do more with this!! All in all, enjoyed the house, garden, swimming pool and surroundings. We'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful, peaceful time at Villa Amadeus. Our host was nearby and very responsive.

Where do I start. The villa is absolutely beautiful, in a great location, just over 5 mins drive from the beach. We were 2 families and there was plenty of space for all of us. Every room has aircon and has been thoughtfully decorated. There was tea, coffee and water ready for our arrival. The villa was spotless and had plenty of towels and clean bed linen. The pool was warm enough for the children to spend hours in but also great to cool down in. Natalie is a super host ⭐️ She recommended Ivan, a chef who made us Paella for our arrival meal which was delicious! She also suggested local shops and restaurants to help us settle in. We will definitely be coming back for another stay.

We have had a fabulous family, 10 day holiday at Chris' home. The house is beautiful, fully equiped, luxurious, but so homely too, that we all felt relaxed. We were 2 families, and had plenty of room to enjoy, chill and have one of our best holidays. Fantastic location with a supermarket 10 minute walk, the gorgeous beach 25 minute walk, which is more than doable, even with 5 kids in tow, we went nearly every day! Although days at the villa by the pool were the best. Chris is a wonderful host, always contactable, and provides a great house and area guide, so helpful. Silvia, who met us at the house to let us in, is lovely, and again, attentive to needs of the guest, providing us with much appreciated water, wine and beer on arrival after a long, hot journey. Would definitely recommend, especially for families, and we hope to return! Thanks again Chris and family.

We had a lovely stay, just be aware the place you pick the key up is quite a drive away. Everything was spotlessly clean. Stunning scenery. Restaurants are all a 15-20 minute drive away, due to its location.

We loved our stay at Gert's villa. The house is very comfortable with different spaces to relax & hide from the heat. The pool was fab & used every day! We were pleasantly surprised to find a new addition of an outside kitchen area & bar stools, which were not in the photos. Cooking at the villa was very comfortable and easy with everything you need. The beds were comfortable & AC available if needed. The furnishings are comfortable & this is clearly a well loved property. We loved the outside space & the mature garden gave plenty of shade . This villa really was a lovely space to chill out with the family. We had a car & this is needed, although there were a couple of bikes which could be used. The location is in a residential area with a couple of restaurants nearby, but most restaurants and bars are in the lovely old town or the nearby beaches. Bear in mind we found that taxis wouldn't accept shorter fares , only to the old town so a car is helpful. We will return!

This place is unique and we loved it. We were 16 people of all ages and I must emphasise that the kitchen is well equipped so catering was easy. Also we loved the fact that there are 2 dining tables, one in and one out (the outside one has great views over Xabia). Most of the bedrooms are spacious which was welcomed. We all loved the pool area - the pool is well kept. We bought inflatables, and left them there in the hope that another family will enjoy them as much as our kids did! No credit to Gilles for the weather, but we were fortunate - it was perfect!! Many thanks.

Barry was a great host! He was super friendly and always helpful. Such a nice person and made you feel super comfortable and always available for you. The pictures don’t look as good as the place really is. Totally worth it!

What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

There were 10 of us celebrating a birthday down here. Spacious luxury house directly on the beach. Large pool and several areas where you could pull away if you needed to work or have a quiet moment. Andrea and her husband were so nice and quick to respond and fix if there was any thought. Tasteful, luxurious and thoughtful with all modern touches as well as technical solutions. A dream home I would like to have for family and friends. Villa Thorodin gets 5 stars.

The villa was really clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved the terrace and the views. The pool was unheated so a little bit chilly for the time of year but there were plenty of different places to sit and enjoy the stunning views and the warm sunshine. The villa had everything we needed (except multiple sets of keys which were supplied when we asked for them). Just a note that we did not realise that two of the bedrooms were only accessed from outside the property-this did not matter as our party were all adults/teens but visitors with younger children may want to know that. Ani (the local host) was really welcoming, great at communicating, helping us know what to do and where to go, and answering our questions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful family vacation in the house. It is nice and spacious and very neat. In terms of location, you have a nice view of Calpe and the villa is quietly located, which is very nice. The contact was always friendly and quick and they were very nice to think about the flexible check-in time in connection with our early flight time. Highly recommended!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and easy to find and perfect for 15 of us on a hen do. Communication was brilliant and lots of help with organising other things during our stay.

First of all, thank you for a deal like that of Cristóbal, super attentive , friendly and generous, he knows the area perfectly. The house is wonderful, ideal for resting and relaxing, it lacks nothing, with beautiful vegetation. It is a quiet area without noise (at least when we have been), only the birds and the pool water are heard, but at the same time you are close to everything. There are nice walks coasting to the Arenal beach,good restaurants, and very close supers. We have been family with the dog, for which they give all kinds of facilities, they even leave you cacharros comida-agua and even a small bed. In general, we have spent 4 wonderful days, we have been left short of the stay, looking forward to coming back!! Jávea surprised us, too, pleasantly.

Lovely house in a great location with an amazing view and a good sized pool. Danijela, her husband and Vincent the “agent” were very helpful and reactive. We enjoyed the house very much. Thank you very much, we shall be back!

First time in Javea, having been to many other areas in Spain, and it did not disappoint! The villa was wonderful, everything in order, Thea was an amazing host, the pool and common areas were exactly as you would expect. The bedroom, the comfortable beds, the bathrooms were all of a hog standard. Air conditioning was in full function and necessary, it was simply a joy to be there. Javea is a great holiday spot, down to earth but modern. Crowded but not stifling, great supermarkets and restaurants, beaches were great………a faultless holiday! Stayed 3 weeks in total, could have stayed 3 months!!!

Definitely recommendable, and to be repeated. It's a wonderful house. The stay was perfect. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate. Everything was easy, comfortable and very nice. I would like to come back to this house. It's been a very good experience. In addition it is in a very quiet street but in an area that offers a lot at all levels. We were enchanted :)

We loved our time at Ignacio’s house. The pool is fantastic - very spacious and clean. At first we thought it was weird that the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor - but we realized that this was actually a plus when coming into the house wet from the pool several times a day. The house is very well equipped and we found everything we needed, even for a barbecue. We recommend the house 100% for a family who loves a private accommodation and lots of pool time!

Excellent location in a beautiful area. Lot of amazing beaches and restaurants. Also the town Jávea is a good place to visit. The house is really nice, big, comfortable and with a good view on the see. Really suggested

Els villa is brilliant and perfect for a large family. In my case it comfortably slept 6 adults and five children aged between 2 and 12 years. The villa has everything you might need for a holiday break. The garden and pool area is large with several seating areas with shade. It’s located in an urbanised district so no bars or restaurants nearby but it’s only a very short drive to the beach where there are plenty. Overall the villa great and we had a fabulous week break there. My only criticism would be that the air conditioning is charged separately to the cost of the villa rental and is fixed at a set kw per hour rate. We only turned on the bedrooms during the night to aid sleep but they were off during the day. We then put the aircon on in the main living area for about 6 hours each afternoon/evening. At the end of the week the bill was 154 euros which I feel was a bit excessive for just one week. I’m sure that can’t be the true cost of running air conditioning for part of the day.
