Our house is about 300 years old - a typical Allgäu settler house made of wood, of which there are fewer and fewer. We have extensively ecologically restored it and equipped it with all the modern comforts you could wish for: ceramic stove, oven, washing machine, microwave, oversized shower, washing machine, Wi-Fi, etc. If you heat with wood in winter, the whole house smells cozy. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.
