ONE ROOM STUDIO with private bathroom. Sleeping: one queen Murphy bed, full sofabed sleeper and a single fold out mattress. 5 guests max including infants. 21+ to reserve We have a family allergy so we cannot accept animals. Sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small kids. It has a queen sized bed and a sleeper couch. This cute and cozy newly remodeled studio condo in Purgatory Durango Mountain resort 150 yards from main chairlift. Guests have access to swimming pool and hot tub, ski valet, fitness center and family game room. You can ski/snowboard in but will have to walk out to the lifts.
