The location of the flat is ideal for those who love exploring the city center on foot and wish to immerse themselves in the vibrant energy of Novi Sad. The price-performance ratio is excellent, and the flat, once a residence for an industrialist’s employees, holds a unique charm. The entrance and staircase to the flat exude a somewhat morbid charm, evoking a flair reminiscent of South America. Meanwhile, the delightful tram café just outside the door ensures a cheerful mood, whether you’re coming to or leaving the flat. My expectations for the location, cleanliness, and comfort were met 100%. Above all, the warm and welcoming interaction with Ivana and her husband made my stay as participant on the European Table Tennis Veteran Championships 2025 from the first moment on to may perfect home base für my 12 days trip to NoviSad! It was the best experience. Aleksandra is a wonderful host; she was always available, and all my questions were quickly answered. She kindly allowed me to stay with my small dog and even offered helpful advice about a veterinarian when I needed it most. The apartment is fantastic—spacious, with a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely terrace. The location is ideal: a quiet street, yet very close to the city center, with shops, restaurants, and everything you might need nearby. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!
