A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

In the house of my parents I renovated this 2 room apartment for you in August 2018. Modern, stylish and cosy. The apartment on the first floor has two balconies. The new open kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped. The couch in the living room can also be used as an additional double bed (sofa bed) after consultation. The apartment has an underground parking space (important in case of snowfalls!). The house is very well maintained - only a few steps from the centre of the village.

Immersi nella natura raggiungerete gli impianti sciistici in soli 7 minuti a piedi, ma anche il centro di Courmayeur (siete a 15 metri da via Roma) uno tra i principali centri turistici valdostani e graziosa cittadina popolata da innumerevoli ristoranti, locali e negozi tipici e non. Typical wooden décor and exposed stone, cozy and comfortable. The two floors apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven, 2 bathrooms, ski box and garage.
