House holiday rentals in Elk Rapids

Ive rented alot of air bnbs over the years. So far? This has been the best experience ive had. The house was amazing. Super clean. Comfortable beds. Super well stocked with amenities that most places dont provide. Jennifer is super easy to communicate with and get ahold of. We will be back next year:)

We had a wonderful stay at Richard's condominium! The condo is apart of a larger resort, Shanty Creek, and with the passes that were left for us to use, we were never bored! We explored the Lakeview Hotel and pool amenities there, the private beach, and the Shuss Mountain resort as well. This was especially nice for the 12 year old we had with us. There was a couple staying next to us (not under Richard's purview), who had loud dogs who would not stop barking but after messaging Richard, we heard them very rarely and then not at all, so we really appreciated the timely response we had from him and the action he took by informing the HOA for that condo. The little touches here and there were also really appreciated, like the fan/lightbulb fan charm cords so we knew which cord was for the light and which was for the fan. We plan on coming back for sure! Highly recommended place for people of all ages to enjoy.

The cabin was even better than expected! Nicole responded to every question that I had within 10 minutes. This was the perfect place for a kid free getaway and I think it would be just as fun in the winter as the summer. The location was perfect for visiting other cities if you want to travel around. We went to Petosky and Boyne city and visited Northern Michigan speedway on Saturday night. We will definitely be back!

Great place for the family. Plenty of things to do at the house. Also not too far from Traverse City or Boyne Mountain. Would definitely stay here again!!

This is an awesome place for a family or a couples get away. Cozy and private right in the middle of the woods, but still within a 10 minute drive to downtown Bellaire and 4 mins to the restaurants at Shanty Creek main resort area. The beds were super comfy. The space was open and cozy at the same time. We go every year for the annual Rubber Ducky Race and hope to rent here again every year. Thanks for the great experience!

This was our second time staying at Ladonna’s home. Very clean and comfortable and would stay again.

We have stayed at Timber Valley multiple times as a family and it is always a yearly highlight getaway for us. Kristi's place is very cozy and inviting especially being surrounded by the woods and nature. The house is the perfect size for our family of six and we have even had additional family stay with is in the past with more than enough room to accommodate our needs. Kristi is always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns that come up. You can't go wrong with a stay at Timber Valley!

Book it! Go enjoy the state parks, higgins lake, the zoo, miles of trails for bikes or walking and have a beautiful place to call home for the night. Food and ice cream all over the area. It's the kinda of place where they make you pump your gas befor you pay. Took my boat and overall it was just a great time! The place is clean and quiet. I doubt you will be disappointed.

The condo was exactly as described, and the location and view overlooking the golf course and Torch Lake were amazing. Clean, spacious, and relaxing! Peter was very responsive before and during our stay. Centrally located between Glen Arbor, Traverse City, Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Mackinac Island makes this a great place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

I was incredibly happy with our stay here and felt right at home. This might sound silly, but I love that they leave all of their cleaning supplies there so I could clean and vacuum throughout the week. I also loved how there was a closet with hangers, empty dressers, and a clothes hamper. I didn't have to feel like I was living out of my suitcase. I loved the design of the house, especially the kitchen. It's what really set this home apart from others for me. We brought our own paddle boards but the water was still pretty cold, so we opted to use the kayaks Brandi provided instead. We so appreciated that and it was such a short drive to the water! I would definitely stay here again.

As three Chicago girls on their first trip to Traverse City, we could not have asked for a better host. Scott’s place was spotless, cozy, a short walk to the beach and a 20minute walk to all the downtown awesomeness. Scott also put together the most thoughtful booklet with recommendations for local restaurants and bars, what to do at the beach, clear instructions for checking in and out and everything else we needed to know about having a grand time. And to top it off, Scott was incredibly responsive and allowed us an early check in. Great guy and a great stay!!

Not even sure where to begin! We booked this for my friends low-key bachelorette party and it was the most perfect place for us to relax and unplug! Shana was an amazing host, always communicating via the app in a very timely manner. The house was pristine and SO cute! It was clean and stocked with everything you could need (paddle board, kayaks, life jackets, wood, spare tooth brushes, ample towels, kitchen items, coffee were some of our favorites). The ONLY complaint - which is to no fault of the host - is that the mosquitos were thick at all hours of the day so be mindful of that :) have already reccomended this place to many friends and hoping I can back here soon too. 10/10 recommend!

This was the perfect location to enjoy my Fall birthday celebration. The house was beautiful, private, peaceful, and relaxing. The architecture of the home was cool and quirky (in a good way) - like an artist’s retreat. We felt very comfortable and hope to go back again.

Deirdre’s home was amazing! Everything was pristine and the picturesque. Deirdre was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The neighborhood is lovely and has so many great restaurants/cafes and places to visit. Highly recommend!

This is our forth AirB&B, it this by far was the most relaxing and comfortable that we have had with Plenty of room for our family of 12 , I highly recommend it , its a little out of the way ( which we like ), but a short drive to Elk Rapids for all the convinces and 20 min to Traverse Bay. Birch Lake is just across the street and is Beautiful. Hope to come back again . Sue the Host was very responsive and helpful. Easiest rental we have experienced . Bobby & Susann

Very modern space with all the amenities in quiet, natural surroundings. The home was in an area of upper Michigan that is in less-travelled with a quaint small town with good restaurants and small grocery store. All the more-travelled areas are in easy driving distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider going back!

Sarah was extremely communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. She even checked in on us one night to make sure we knew how to turn the heat on. (Very sweet!) The cottage is clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a long weekend. We enjoyed the fire-pit and board games! The area is gorgeous, with quick access to Traverse, Petosky, and Charlevoix. We saw lots of deer, bunnies, and squirrels, and the leaves were absolutely gorgeous! This is a GREAT little hideaway! This home was the perfect spot for a quick weekend escape—peaceful, relaxing, and filled with great amenities. The view of the lake was beautiful, especially at sunrise, and made mornings feel extra special. Everything inside was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up to make our stay easy and enjoyable.
