Accommodation reserved for a seminar because it is close to the train station and the Grand Palais. A moment between colleagues from several regions of France and we are unanimous: everything is great! I recommend it to my friends and family without hesitation. The living room is very large, it is very pleasant and allows you to sleep easily. Although it is in the center, this accommodation is quiet.

Beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean apartment with every facility you could need. Walkable to all the tourist areas we wanted to visit. Lots of restaurants to choose from, and very close to the Wazemmes market, lovely bakeries and supermarket too. Host was always incredibly quick to respond to my messages and gave me detailed instructions so everything was easy. It was my first AirBnB booking and it really exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it!

Emile and Gulsen were fabulous hosts and this apartment is super nice (3 bathrooms is over the top) and right in the heart of Brussels. I will note that I partially chose this property because of the washer/dryer, which turned out to be coin operated and shared by the whole building (5 units, I think), which was the same as unavailable to us since we didn’t have exact change (5,50 to wash, ?? to dry) and it wasn’t always open. This was a disappointment and lead to some of us hand washing garments in the sink. That being said, this was a fabulous apartment in a great location. Very accommodating and communicative hosts.

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

Sophie’s apartment was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the area as it is close to a lot of restaurants and only about a 5 min walk to the metro (A line). It’s on the ground floor so no stairs or difficultly getting luggage into the apartment. I loved all the baby essentials she provided like the baby cot, high chair, baby bath and changing pad. Made us feel like we were right at home!

The accommodation was in perfect condition, as described and impeccably clean. The accommodation is well located in relation to the city center, you can get there on foot or by bus. Communication with the host was seamless and the instructions were very clear. I would recommend this property for a few days with family.

It was great stay. Tom was really kind and helpful. If I go to Gent again definitely I’ll stay at this place.

We had the most wonderful week at Frederiek’s place. We were there with our toddler and he loved the big garden and trampoline! The hosts also supplied a highchair and brilliant travel cot which was great and few car toys which got well used. We loved meeting Elmo the dog and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks for your kind and considerate hospitality Frederiek!

We had a very nice time over a long weekend with several generations. Super nice house with a great garden. We had rain and sunshine and both are equally beautiful! If you like it cozy, just throw the fireplace on. The immediate area is great for beautiful walks. A mini supermarket is 7 minutes' walk away, where you can find really delicious chocolate croissants🤗. The house lacks nothing and it is super cozy and perfectly divided. We'll be back!

We came to 4 friends for an evening in the area. Very quiet and peaceful area, possible to park in the property, hot tub on site, barbecue and all necessary equipment. Great cocooning, cozy and very well-equipped, everything is on site to have a great stay. Again, thank you for this quality of service.

We only stayed one night in the accommodation: everything went very well. The accommodation is modern, tastefully renovated and well-equipped. The bedding is quality. The street is very quiet compared to other places in the center of Lille. I will gladly return during my next time I am in Lille.

One of the very best places we have stayed. Genuine kind and thoughtful welcome, spotlessly clean with modern light furnishing. It was so lovely to stay we would have been just as happy not going out and enjoying the comforts and garden of the property. We would have loved to extend our stay. Next time might try to use it as a base for some local bike rides. The owners have done a fantastic job and the many glowing reviews are well deserved!

Very welcoming host, attentive, very good welcome. Gaëtan called us when we arrived at the accommodation. Very friendly. Always available. Very clean accommodation, smells very good and very spacious. The bedding is superb, the living room with the retro projector is really a plus for a relaxing movie night. This was our second stay at Lieve's place during the past few months because of the exceptional accommodations, location, and excellent hospitality. Lieve's Airbnb continues to be one of the best, if not THE best, place we have stayed at in many years at Airbnbs. The place is immaculately clean, has all the comforts of home, and is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and all the great places you may want to see. Best of all, you will experience Lieve's warm hospitality. During both stays, she greeted us upon our arrival with a warm smile and a box of excellent Belgian chocolate, which we enjoyed immensely. She provided complete instructions for everything in the apartment. She was responsive to any requests we had during our stay. She even arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station for our departure. You will be hard pressed to find a better place than this Airbnb in Brussels. We are already planning on returning and staying at Lieve's place.

Very well located and very quiet apartment

Our stay was great! We picked it as it was central to the many places we wanted to visit throughout Belgium, though it’s located in a quiet neighbourhood. Condo was very clean and spacious. Only comment would be if anyone has limited mobility, the stairs to get to the upstairs bedrooms are a little steep.

From the beginning, I highlight the huge personal service that Aitor gave me by accepting that a package intended for me will be delivered to me. He made it with good heart. Very easy to communicate with. It was reassuring to know that we could count on him if needed. The accommodation is really fantastic and the proximity to the metro/tram is an undeniable advantage. We knew there were stairs to get into the home but we didn't pay attention to the fact that it's the equivalent of a third floor. Less convenient with heavy suitcases and two friends walking with a cane. There is only one bathroom and it is in one of the two bedrooms. It's a little inconvenient at night when you want to respect the privacy of the person who is sleeping there and you don't want to wake them up. Very well equipped kitchen. Soap washer. I recommend it without hesitating and a big thank you Aitor!
