You have your own home entrance and a lot of privacy. Individual check-in possible. The property is completely fenced and the residential area raised and safe. Clean towels, sheets + blankets are allways there.

Die Einliegerwohnung ist direkt bei uns im Einfamilienhaus und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang. Sie ist hell und durch den geölten Holzboden sehr charmant. Wer sich über einen Blick in den Garten, das Herumschleichen der Katze, das Gackern von 3 Hühnern sowie das Plätschern im Pool genauso freut wie wir, dann bist Du bei uns richtig. Wir als Familie, mit 3 älteren Kids, freuen uns auf freundliche und interessante Begegnungen und möchten Euch den Aufenthalt in Heilbronn angenehm gestalten.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
