It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance from a variety of great restaurants, bars & coffee shops. It's in close proximity to downtown Seattle, even closer to Alki Beach & the West Seattle Water Taxi (to downtown) & just a mile from the vibrant Alaska Junction (where you'll find more great shops, restaurants, bars). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers & business travelers.

Impeccable, newly renovated space nestled among giant trees. Complete with hardwood floors, skylights and cathedral ceilings. You'll wake up each morning in the loft with views of the Olympic Mountains. The outdoor deck overlooks a yard with huge redwoods and a water feature. This one bedroom loft is a fully detached independent ADU on the property behind our home. We live on the main property and are generally nearby if needed; however, the loft is designed with respect for your privacy.

Welcome to the beautiful Queen Anne neighborhood. Centrally located in Seattle, its easy to get to all the fun attractions but still quiet, relaxing and safe. Very spacious and fully stocked, at 1300 sq feet there is more than enough room for a couples retreat or small groups and families. Take a nice stroll up the hill to the shops in Queen Anne or a 5 minute uber to Ballard, Fremont and more. And don't forget to catch the sunsets from the porch. They are spectacular! Bonus- It has AC!
