Holiday rentals with a patio in Elmont

Very nice apartment and extremely clean! Overall, very comfy and well-equipped. The downside (but that´s on us and not Melissa!) was the location. Despite the fact that it´s possible to take the bus to the city center, we experienced this being a bit of a burden. The bus terminal in the center is not very easy to orientate yourself in when being there the first time, also staff has been rather unfriendly and not very willing to help. The bus transport costs 8$ per trip for 2 people. So we paid 16$ every day to commute back and forward between the apartment and the center. As said, we should have informed ourselves better prior to the stay, but we would not book this one again due to the commuting time. Especially during busy times (morning), the trip takes up to 1 hour one way and busses were extremely crowded from time to time with no seat available. We are young and did not mind too much but I would not recommend this for anyone struggling with that. But again, this is on us! :)

I truly enjoyed my stay; I was here for a week. Aida and Arianny were accommodating and the place was very clean and comfortable! Aida is kind — she made me this amazing tea and whenever I would run into her outside we would have a great conversation. The neighborhood is quiet as well.

I had a great stay here. The unit was just as described, clean and comfortable. There is a short walk and bus ride to NYC that takes about 30-45 minutes, so plan ahead. Nestor was responsive by phone and a great host overall.

Kimberly is such an amazing host; my guest and I enjoyed every moment of our time here. Photos are 100% accurate. --Such a pristine experience, do not hesitate to book with her… you won’t regret it!

This place is hands down, one of the best Airbnbs that I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. The unit is ground level however it is very quiet and you feel very safe. Everything was spotless and you can tell that Elgha takes great care of her property. Elgha is extremely responsive and very friendly. I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to come back.

This place is just excellent!! A large terrace with nice view to the Hudson River right in front of you. Beautiful surrounding. Comfortable bed. Quiet place. And the bathroom is big with 3 showers at the same time 🙂 Would love to come back. Thank you!

Denise’s listing was a last min booking since my previous booking was a request to book and I was informed last minute the dates were not available. When I tell you everything happens for a reason it does. The place was so chill and cute. GREAT WATER PRESSURE!!!!. I was not sure why I didn’t see this place in the first place. I came down for my brothers 1 year memorial and man oh man. Not having to worry about being comfortable in the place I am staying at was not a thought. They were very friendly and responsive. The husband I met outside is also a SJU Alumni #REDSTORM. That was a cool surprise. 100 out of 100! TOP TOP TIER! ONLY PLACE I WILL BE BOOKING WHEN I COME TO NY! DO NOT HESITATE! BOOK IT!!!

Well placed between the beach and train to New York City. Excellent restaurants, shops and supermarket within blocks. Quiet neighborhood with easy parking on street. Well furnished and allowed us to cook dinners at home. Having an outside private terrace was a bonus. Well stocked with incidentals that helped make it feel more like home. We would highly recommend to others.

Jose was very responsive and the place was very clean, modern and the location was ideal too. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Long Island. Thank you Jose for a great visit!

Excellent place to relax away from the hustle of the city. Very clean and well maintained, with all basic amenities. A supermarket store is nearby. Easily get to the Exchange Place station by Uber.

Family reunion? Group trio? This place is perfect for that! Godfrey’s place was spacious. Some rooms had attached bathrooms. Some rooms had shared bathrooms. Large living spaces and a full Kitchen. This house was close to Hofstra and to the sweet area in Garden City full If coffee shops and restaurants. The area was quiet and safe. The yard (front and back) is large and fenced in which was great for the children to play in. There is no bedroom in the first floor so make sure everyone is able to climb steps. To get to the third floor, the steps become very steep. This wasn’t an issue for us but I could see it being something to consider for some. 10:10 would stay at this place again and recommend it for large groups who want to be together but also want to be able to retreat away into private rooms.

But what truly blew us away was the personal touch: the fridge was fully stocked for us before we arrived, and anything we needed, they had already anticipated. It’s rare to find a host who genuinely cares about their guests’ comfort the way they did. This was more than just a stay it was an experience. We’ll absolutely be back and will recommend this property to anyone and everyone. If you’re considering booking—do it. You won’t regret it!

We were in town (Queens) for a little friend/family reunion and needed a place to stay the night. I stayed with my family (wife, 4year old and 2 year old) and another family of three. We had plenty of space, it was clean, and was very easy to park/check in. We were in and out but the pictures and description matched perfectly. Will definitely be staying here again when visiting the area in the future.

Tremendous value and a better host. Nick was prompt, polite, and prepared. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking in direct proximity to the home. Short ride share trip to the LIRR which provides easy access to Penn or Central. Would be grateful to stay here again, especially at the price point extended.

Carmen’s place was great, very spacious, neat & clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms were also all done up real nice. It was perfect for 4 families and the basement was perfect for the kids. The house was pretty close to everything and the street we were on was very quiet. Carmen and Louis were both very responsive to our needs and easy to work with. I would definitely stay there again. Amal's place was absolutely brilliant!!! It was very clean, all the amenities were spot on. I have stayed in Airbnb & hotels in my travels, but this was by far the best place my family and I have stayed so far and it will be hard for any place to beat this. Anytime We are coming back to the area, I will definitely check first if it's available because we would love to come back. Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . This Airbnb was a very nice place to stay. We were visiting our family in Hoboken and it was very convenient with the location. The walk to the train was not that bad. It was about 15 minutes. Would probably stay again.

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! We absolutely loved our stay at Laurie’s place in Hoboken! The home is exactly as pictured—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and incredibly well thought-out. Laurie has truly anticipated every need, making it easy to feel right at home. We were a group of six (three couples), and the space was perfect—spacious & comfortable. The beds were especially cozy. The location couldn't have been better—just a 10-minute walk to the PATH train, which made getting into NYC fast and simple. After long days exploring, it was so nice to return to a quiet, relaxing home base in Hoboken. The neighborhood itself is absolutely charming, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes. I only wish we’d had more time to enjoy Hoboken itself. We especially loved grabbing coffee just a block away at Hey Coffee People and relaxing in the peaceful backyard. All in all, Laurie’s place is a rare find. If it’s available, don’t hesitate to book. We’d return in a heartbeat!
