Van is in one of the best spots for views and privacy. Very comfortable with everything you need close by. Another fab stay.

Laura’s house is beautiful, it’s very private and the pool is fantastic. The house is cosy and spotless clean. The area is also quite nice, and there’s also a pub walking distance.

Pretty much everything about this house was perfect, the host was very responsive and helpful. Really happy with the whole experience and hope to stay there again one day not just because of the beautiful house, but also to see the friendly chihuahuas that would come to sit with us in the afternoons.

Beautiful place, excellent facilities and clean. Antonina was brilliant, responsive and a lovely host. Would definitely recommend. It was perfect for our big family gathering and plenty for the kids to play with in the kids room! All in all, wonderful trip! Thank you so much for having us!

We enjoyed a relaxing weekend at Bear House. Marcus is a fantastic host, replying promptly and helping whenever we had questions. His house and gardens are spectacular and we loved our swim in his natural swimming pool. Nayland village is beautiful. We enjoyed a short walk along the river spotting a heron, several varieties of poppy and admiring the riverside houses on the way to the Anchor pub. We also enjoyed brunch at the old mill and a meal at the Angel, which is 5 minutes’ drive away in Stoke-by-Nayland.

What made our stay so great was the communication we had with Daisy. There were a few snags, parking, getting in the complex late at night without a key code, heating and water didn’t work the first day and the light in the kids room didn’t work. That said, she was incredibly helpful and polite. All sorted quick as a flash. Very clean, free WiFi, all you needed for a nice weekend break. Would 100% go again and recommend to any family. Patsie’s accommodation is unique and second to none. In the center of the delightful village of Nayland, facing the church spire and clock, surrounded by scenic footpaths.

We were in Felixstowe for a family emergency. Communication was very quick which was appreciated as it was all very short notice. We are familiar with the area and it’s well located with good access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The home was cosy and warm even though it was extremely cold outside when we were there.

Gita is a wonderful host and her place I couldn't fault it. We have stay there various times while we have been working in Colchester and found it one of the best places to stay. we would recommend this to family & friends and we hope to return soon.

Great location for attending a wedding at Villiers Barn. House is really well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Gemma was really responsive prior to our stay and provided lots of useful information re the local area, places to eat etc. The hot tub was a big hit with all of us, particularly our 5 year old grandson!

We had a fantastic time at the Gildhall. It’s a really special place with lots of history and set in beautiful gardens. The surrounding countryside is lovely and there’s lots to do at nearby villages and good walks. We will definitely return

We absolutely loved this home and would love to stay again! It was immaculately clean, well equipped, and has a fab garden, which we were able to use a lot due to the gorgeous weather. Close to shops, great cafes and the beach. Really quick and helpful responses from hosts. We really appreciated the lovely welcome gift and the bucket and spade got a lot of use - thank you! We will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be back.

Had a lovely stay here. Found the rooms really spacious and comfortable. It’s a peaceful location yet near the city and has A12 access for a quick getaway. The coffee shop and Coop a few minutes walk away were also really handy for the morning boost and to shop.

We had a wonderful weekend at the old steam mill. Photos don’t do it justice - it’s even more spacious and beautiful in real life! Very comfortable and quiet, the hosts Mark and Celina accommodated us at very short notice and were lovely and responsive when needed. The garden was perfect to enjoy a drink and meals in the warm summer evenings and our dog loved exploring. It was everything we hoped for a countryside getaway not too far from London.

I really liked everything! Everything you need is there, washing products, soap, dishes. Everything is convenient. There is access to the terrace, there is a table and a high chair, you can drink coffee in the morning! Willdefinitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property which was in pristine condition. Very close to the university which was exactly what we needed for this visit. The free parking space round the back was super convenient. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and some luxuries too - a nice surprise. We'd like to thank our hosts for having the property ready for us in such a welcoming way. This was definitely one of the best places we've stayed at in Colchester in this price range, with lovely hosts too. We're looking forward to our next visit.
