Hiking trails just outside your doorstep. Short distance to fishing water and beach. 14 km to the shop, 18 km to the center of Trysil. The dog is welcome.

The cabin is located in an established cottage area on Sorknes Golf Course. Sorknes Golf has received many words of praise for its quality. The course has been named one of the country's premier golf facilities in renowned Michelin Golf Guide (15 out of 20 points). Rena is known for plenty of snow in winter time. Rena Alpinsenter is about 10 minutes drive. Here is a ski resort and many great cross country trails. The Rena neighbourhood offers cultural activities, cinema, restaurants and shops only 10 minutes by car.

With proximity to Birkenstarten and a short way to Skramstättra, you have good opportunities to get out into fresh air, whether it is on foot, by ski or bike. Transportation by agreement. 5km to Rena city centre it is centrally located. The cottage has two bedrooms (where you go through one to get to the other), and a sofa bed in the living room. Old, but recently renovated smallholding from the late 19th century. In the ground floor it is an entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. The second floor consist of a big room with the possibility to house many people. It is also a second restroom in this floor. Outside is a lovely garden, and during winter you could put on your cross-country skis and start skiing from the house. Elverum city is just a short 20 min. drive from the house.
