Apt has covered patio with outdoor dining & gas grill. You have access to wood firepit w/seating & picnic table. There's also a pavilion w/gas firepit & table w/seating overlooking Current River Bay. Lil Villa Delightful tiny home for couples

No cleaning fee! Lil Villa is Summerside’s little sister and has room for a couple. She’s not a large space, but she’s clean, cute and very nice, like all little sisters. She has a full bathroom just a short walk down a lighted path. Bathrobes are provided for guests. She doesn’t like the words tiny house because it hurts her feelings. You can relax outside in her private courtyard, by the creek on the property or have a campfire. Parking is on the premises.

Nestled in the Ozark Hills, we offer guests a secluded place to unwind and enjoy nature. We offer guests an off-the-grid style experience with no electricity or flushing toilets. The property has running hot water, an outhouse, and propane lights. The cabin is accessible by a gravel trail. Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel-drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet all guests upon arrival to show you how to utilize the propane lights.
