The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

We stayed at Casa Michele for 2 weeks. A beautiful and spacious house in a quiet village. A small supermarket is next to the house and has sandwiches and other basic things every day. Around the corner, you can rent a boat via Boat2Go. A few houses away there is a bar/cafe/restaurant and at the lake, which is a few streets away, there is a bar and restaurant. Here we had breakfast, cappuccino and croissant, right on the lake in a beautiful location. From the village you can do a few beautiful walks and hikes, from sturdy to heavy. In the house, there is everything available such as a coffee machine with coffee, dishwasher, a TV with Netflix, good beds and a washing machine. There was no kettle, but Michele bought one for us. There is a basic pan set. We cooked a few times ourselves and went out for the rest. Milan and Monza (circuit) can be reached within an hour. Furthermore, the environment is very beautiful. We have had a nice time.

We came from Valais to Hansjörg for ski races at the Rinerhorn. The location was perfect because it was very close to the ski lifts and less than 10 minutes to Davos Platz. We very much enjoyed the calm and the setting in the heart of nature. Hansjörg is very friendly and took the time to chat with us, moreover he always responded to messages very quickly. Thank you Ursula for this amazing stay in your chalet. An authentic and peaceful experience in the nature surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, flower fields, and the forest. The historical house is super clean, decorated with care and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Ursula even baked a bread and a Zopf for us, both delicious 😍 we could also order food from their farm, like cheese, eggs and meat. It was difficult to leave this quiet heaven. Thank you again Ursula & Ernst for the perfect stay in Safien.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

Host was very accommodating and made the stay comfortable. Home is situated in an incredible landscape with close proximity to skiing, which was the main reason for the stay. Would absolutely return.

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. Beautiful experience! I had made a mistake with the booking, but Pietro was exceptional in solving everything instantly, saving my family's stay. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos: each room is tastefully furnished and cared for in every detail, from lighting to small design elements. Impeccable cleanliness and warm and inviting atmosphere everywhere. In the bathroom and toiletries you can feel refined fragrances, which make everything even more special. The wellness area is a real gem. Our dog also received special attention, she was greeted with fresh water and biscuits. Pietro was a thoughtful and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Alessandras apartment was amazing. The place is exactly as seen in photos and you are less than 60 seconds from the lake. The views nearby are amazing! Alessandra was very responsive, offering recommendations and doing all she could to be of assistance. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wow! It was just fantastic - two days of simply switching off... We enjoyed the trip very much and felt very comfortable. We didn't miss anything. will be happy to come back.

This is such a lovely place to stay!! There are amazing views from every window of the mountains and the little red train. A very short walk to the Diavolezza and Lagalb cable cars. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and well equipped (we made food from scratch each evening and had all the utensils we needed). In addition Maddalena has made the space very cosy and there are lots of thoughtful and welcoming touches. Would love to stay here again!

Our stay was simply unforgettable. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Giordano and accompanied to our idyllically located cottage. The accommodation is furnished with great attention to detail – cozy, clean and with a view that takes your breath away. The tranquility and the surrounding nature make this place a real oasis. We would like to highlight the hospitality: Giordano was always attentive, regularly inquired whether we needed anything, and even greeted us with a homemade cake – that's how you feel welcome! For those who want to escape everyday life and recharge their batteries in the midst of nature, this place is absolutely recommended. We will definitely be back!

Great location. Great floor plan, stylish furnishings and extensive amenities. Quietly located with nice views. Very friendly, courteous communication. Easy access, check-in and check-out. It was very sweet that a mat, blanket, bowls and goodies were ready for our dog. Glad to come back!
