Barry was a great host, we enjoyed our stay!

We had a perfect stay. The kitchen was well-supplied with utensils and appliances. The beds were outstanding. Of note, my husband injured his hip right before we left, and is (temporarily) walking with a cane. Rebecca generously offered to help us load and unload our car, as navigating the steps would have been very difficult.

Highly recommend booking Tim's modern guest home for a wonderful stay in Denver. Tim & Johanna were excellent & responsive hosts that provided detailed instructions. My spouse and I had zero issues because provided instructions were concise, and the house was in pristine condition. I know if we had any questions they would have been answered quickly. The house was exactly as listed and well equipped. I found Platt Park a great central area for exploring the city but also charming & fun to explore on it's own. You are steps away from Broadway and a quick walk to Pearl street which are both filled with great shops and restaurants.

This place was exactly as advertised. The beds were super comfy. Literally perfect pillows. The location is great close to stores. Host is very responsive and accommodating. We travel to Denver regularly and would absolutely try and stay here first.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is great with many walkable options for restaurants/bars/coffee shops. Everything was as described, and you can tell a lot of thought was put into the design on the place to make it very functional and aesthetically appealing. It was a great value for the price, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

A comfy home away from home. What a cozy apartment with a great bed. I slept so well. It is in a beautiful and safe neighbourhood. a few nice eating spots close by - Cafe Miriam, Syrup and the best ever - Pete's Kitchen. Close to the zoo and museums in a beautiful park and then a cheap Uber ride to downtown. The hosts sent clear instructions and then were immediately responsive to every message I sent them.

We loved our stay here! The property was beautiful and clean and had everything we could have needed during our stay. Michael was great to communicate with and made the process easy from start to finish.

You can tell when someone takes pride in what they do, and Tonya is the perfect example! She is very thoughtful and definitely went above and beyond. The cookies were such a cute bonus, as well as all the small amenities such as a brita filter.

Great location in an adorable part of town! Very comfortable bedroom . It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go and the onsite parking was an added bonus.

Travis and wendee are by far the best hosts we’ve had so far very responsive respectful and friendly hosts 5/5 very private and homey! The location is close to local restaurants and places near the University district and downtown is only 15 minutes away! Will book again in the future

Great place to stay at and affordable for the area. If I had to pick the best thing, I would say that the hosts were wonderful to work with! Instructions were clear and everything is laid out in the apartment. They were super responsive to all of my questions and were willing to accommodate my personal situation. Would recommend this place for anyone that needs a one bedroom apartment in the area and I would totally stay here again!

An amazing stay! The place was super clean and cute — just like the photos. Diana was nothing but kind and super communicative and fun to talk to. A lovely hour and I loved the proximity to so many places.

Our 2nd time visiting Harold’s place. Great location in the Capitol Hill neighborhood and perfect hosts. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Will look forward to staying again whenever we visit Denver.

The place is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is convenient with many good restaurants. Caden is very responsive to our needs as the shower's drain was needed attention and it was fixed asap. We really appreciate her help. The shower was great after the fix. I highly recommend this place to others.

I absolutely loved this Airbnb in Denver! The space was cozy, stylish, and immaculately clean. The location was perfect—an uber shot close to great restaurants, breweries, and downtown, yet in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was thoughtful and responsive, and every detail felt intentional, from the comfortable bed to the prompt responses . I’d definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed our stay. Stay was very comfortable — local amenities include a brewery across the street Zuni St, located in LoHi which is an up and coming area. This is not walking distance to the local sites but that didn’t impact us since we came with a car. I was happily surprised by the Le Labo shampoo and conditioner. The place was pristine and had everything needed including detergent which was nice. Parking for us in June was street parking and plentiful. The fact that there was a building code made me feel safe, but generally the area does feel safe even as a single woman walking around. We would stay again!

Location was very convenient for us . Apartment was well equipped: bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen.

Condo was peaceful and had wonderful outdoor area. Bed was comfy and owner was super quick at responding and very helpful and accommodating

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb, perfectly located just a short walk from Union Station and the vibrant LoDo district. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, it was the ideal base to explore Denver. The apartment itself is thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. You can really feel the personal touch the owners have put into the space—it feels less like a rental and more like a warm, welcoming home. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the hosts provided clear and helpful information not only about the flat but also about the neighborhood and the city. Heather was especially kind—always quick to respond and available for any questions we had, which made us feel very well taken care of. All in all, we truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Thank you for a lovely stay!
