Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis! Enjoy the wonderful amenities that include an outdoor pool oasis, club house games room, outdoor BBQ, pickleball court along with an outdoor shuffle board. Beach is only a 5 min drive with grocery stores and shopping centers all a walking distance away from condo. Newly renovated condo with plenty of space. Walking distance to three restaurants including an original landmark restaurant, the Bean Depot. Fishing pier and boat ramp on the Myakka River to the gulf are also nearby. The house was originally owned by the Adams Family, makers of chewing gum ( chicklets and tea berry gum). Beautifully restored older home with lush tropical landscaping.

Located across the street from The Temp Rest. Going to the beach, no worries, it is just down the road. Please note: there is a small fridge and coffee maker in this flat, but no other cooking facilities. Rent our place through Air BnB and receive a 10% discount on golf cart and bike rentals.
