Great place to relax. The space is very welcoming and peaceful with modern, clean lines flavor. Beach is step away- no crowds. We were very lucky and met very good hearted people around. We extended our stay thanks to Brian who helped us accommodate for one more night. I really do recommend Brian’s listing. Thank you for your hospitality!

This was the perfect home to escape for a few days. Our host was so helpful and great at communicating with us. The house is beautiful, clean and convenient to local restaurants and the beach. The host has gone out of her way to make sure you will have everything you need. Plenty of towels, really nice beach chairs, clean laundry facility, comfortable furniture/beds, plenty of kitchen essentials… it was perfect!

Great place, great stay.

My wife and I were looking for a place to get away and Kyle’s place was it. We have two small children and one with Type one diabetes so it was nice to shut our brains off and enjoy the sun. I highly recommend Kyle’s listing. The space was perfect for the two of us and perfectly decorated. We rented bikes from right around the corner for easy adventures. The grocery store and restaurants are all less than a 10 minute walk. The beach access was close as well. We would definitely stay here again.

this was by far our favorite vacation ever! the place was very clean, cozy, and perfect for our week. the hosts were very kind and responsive. can’t recommend this enough! siesta key was a beautiful place to stay, as well. so many good restaurants and little shops with lots to do! our favorite restaurant was spearfish 10/10 recommend. we will definitely be coming back again to this airbnb!

If you want to be right by the beach and have a quiet location then this place is exactly where you want to stay. This one bedroom condo had all of the amenities that you need for a beach trip . We brought our own cool cabana for extra sun protection, and Vincent supplied cooler , chairs, towels , sand toys, etc to enjoy a day at the beach. The holiday weekend(Memorial day) was very busy on the beach with lots of loud music which we did not enjoy. The people playing this loud music didn’t seem To care that other people were even on the beach. After The Weeknd the crowd seems to disburse. My husband and I went to Siesta key beach and drove out to Anna Marie island which we also enjoyed. The pool at the condo wa very nice , quiet with shaded areas, grills to cook if you wanted and noodles to float on. We alerted Vincent of a leaky kitchen faucet so he knows to have maintenance look at it and he responded right away. I would consider staying here again. Vincent was a wonderful host.

We had a great time visiting Beth’s unit at The Boardwalk Condominiums. The condo itself was perfect for our family, the view of the Gulf was beautiful, and Manasota Key area was so fun for our family with ages ranging from 73 years old to 12 years old. Lots of fun walking to restaurants and hopping between the pool and beach. Thanks for everything, Beth!

Had a wonderful stay with Gertrude Rentals. Condo location right across from the beach and within easy walking distance of great local bars and restaurants. Dan was very communicative. Some roofing repair work was accomplished the week we were there and Dan reached out before we arrived to let us know it was going to occur. It did not affect our experience at all. The availability of beach equipment to include an umbrella and a wagon to carry our stuff to the beach was very helpful. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described actually, even better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt cozy yet modern. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making guests feel at home. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, providing helpful local tips and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and all the amenities from the kitchen to the bathroom were top notch. The location was also perfect. Quiet and peaceful, but close to great restaurants, cafes, and public transportation. I especially appreciated the personal touches, like fresh coffee, local guidebooks, and a welcome note. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A truly 10/10 experience!

This place is awesome! A nice washer and dryer, super clean, comfortable, and a cute outside sitting area. host left snacks, water, cooler, flashlight, and beach towels - very well thought out. The host was also super nice when we thought we locked ourselves out 😅 We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

I loved this place! We are hoping to stay here again in May. It was just like the pictures but even better. The lake was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

Had a great stay and beautiful peaceful private beach! I will say make sure you bring your own beach chair and umbrella. It’s stated they have some but I think other guested used them all.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! The place looked just like the pictures. It truly put us at ease how clean the place was and smelled. It was well stocked with everything you would need. And our kids loved the scooters!! The host and his Dami definitely put the love into their property and it was felt! We would definitely stay here again!!!

We have been coming to Siesta for years and rented all over the key. Siesta Dunes is right on the beachfront. It’s large with a huge pool in the centre with tons of loungers and umbrellas and then you walk out to the massive beach. Although people say walkable to the beach, in most cases you have to cross the main road and go to the other side which is a severe pain. This is all contained and it’s important for me to have the least work possible on vacation. There’s a centre deck with bbqs overlooking the beach where everyone comes to watch the sunset. Tanya’s place is bigger than it looks on the photos with two back decks, plenty of seating inside and back out. Siesta is our home twice a year and now that we found Siesta Dunes we are booked for Christmas. The trolley is the best part of Siesta outside of the massive white beach and we always make a date night at Summer House. Tanya’s is worth staying at.

My daughter and I stayed for a mother daughter girls trip and had a blast! They made sure to take care of every little detail to make you feel comfortable and at home. Even checking in and making sure we made it ok. It was very clean and the location was amazing. Easy to get around on the trolly if we didn't want to drive and literally steps away from the beautiful white sand and clear turquoise beach. Do yourself a favor and book the trip!

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

Diana’s place is a very comfortable. Very clean, cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator, washer and dryer. There is a private barbecue area and a reserved parking space. 10 minutes by car to Siesta Beach and 13 minutes to Turtle Beach. We found a beach umbrella and chairs in the apartment’s closet. Also there is a safe in the bedroom which made us feel protected. We are definitely very happy that we stayed at Diana’s place and can recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Sarasota for the holidays.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Very clean! The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes you will need. The view was amazing!!! The free trolly into the village was so easy. The beach accessories were so nice to use. All we had to do was cross the street and we were on the beach. The pool area was also very nice! Grilling area was nice and clean and a small smoking area so my husband could enjoy a few cigars. Great communication! Thank you! Was a fantastic vacation!

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future.
