Monthly Rentals in English Bay

The place was as described - a room and bathroom with a small mini fridge, microwave and tea kettle. I do wish there had been more space to lay things out. There’s a desk and chair and a folding chair in the closet. The front porch was a nice place to sit in the mornings and evenings. It was a good size for a solo traveler, I think it would’ve been tight with a partner. Also, the water pressure was very nice in the shower. The area felt safe, lots of people walking and biking everyday. About a 20 min walk to Kits beach and a few blocks from 4th street (restaurants, shops and bus stop).

We had a wonderful stay at Dawn's. The location is fantastic and yet very quiet. The communication was always very good and we had the pleasure of meeting Dawn in person. We were even allowed to store our luggage with her privately, as we only had to go to the airport in the evening. I would always book the place again!

Very quiet apartment on second floor in a great walkable area. Close to kits beach, 4th ave and broadway. Highly recommend, very tidy studio with community feel.

Lydia's place was great for us! So clean, had everything we needed, perfect location. She's very easy to reach anytime and a lovely person. As noted by others there is construction nearby and ambulances bc of nearby hospital but it's only in the day and we got pretty used to it. It's one of the nicest places we've stayed so unless you need quiet all day and won't be going out I wouldn't hesitate to book this lovely place.
