The old building is reached by walking along a path, shaded by olive, almond and oak trees. Three spectacular terraces offer you a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the Eolian islands and allow you to sunbathe during the day and watch the stars at night. The house has a very scenic swimming pool. On the ground floor of the house there is: - a spacious entrance hall - a luminous living room - an ample dining room - the kitchen, equipped all that is necessary - a double bedroom with bathroom in suite On the first floor the house offers various accommodations: - a room with a double bed, convertible in thre single beds on request - 2 double bedrooms with bathroom in suite - 2 single rooms with shared bathroom - a studio equipped with a sofa beds for two seats if needed Our guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire house, terraces, garden, swimming pool and all over 50 hectars of country. The owners will be present for check-in and check-out. A welcome kit with typical products will be ready for the guests. The house, a recently renovated 16th-century building, located in the "Fundrisi" district, among the oldest in the city, is close to the Janniscuru gate: the last remaining of the six original gates for access to the city. The furniture design is refined and contemporary. The guest room, the subject of the listing, has a double bed and a private bathroom. You can use all the rooms in the house: living room, gym, kitchen, terraces. No ethnic or cultural discrimination.

Anapama has four different accommodations visible in my profile (Vivien). The ten of denari is about 24sqm, is completely separate from the main house and has a small private garden. From the entrance we have an open space with a small kitchenette equipped with all accessories, double bed with large window overlooking the garden and private bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioner and heat pump.
