Great, clean apartment in a quiet but beautiful area right on te beach. Kids loved the swimming pool, which is very well maintained.

We had a nice time in the house right on the sea. Everything was available to cook with 7 people. It was a bit difficult only with the loungers. Otherwise, everything was fine

We stayed for 10 days incl. Easter guests in this great apartment. Everything is exactly as described including this insanely great view of the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the huge terrace and had a great time. Thanks for a great vacation.

The accommodation is excellent, with all the necessary amenities. There is parking available, and it’s conveniently located close to Cefalù and Palermo. The host is always ready to help.

We've just spent a wonderful week at Enrico's fabulous villa, it really is a mansion! We had so much space to more than comfortably accommodate a family of 5. The outside area, Annex & pool are AMAZING, if the weather hadn't of been so lovely I'm sure we'd of enjoyed the huge inside area more too. The villa was spotless & provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Enrico was enormously responsive & very kind in assisting us with a late check-out to suit our return flight. We had a couple of little maintenance issues but Enrico addressed these immediately & made sure to check we were happy with everything, which we were. We arrived (late May) just out of season so the local restaurants & bars were only starting to open but it wasn't a problem. The villa is just 5 min walk to the train station which went direct to Cefalu in 10 mins & Palermo in 40 mins, it was great to not have to drive. We cannot recommend the villa enough & we can't wait to stay again! Thank you Enrico!

Giovanni was lovely, proactive and bent over backwards to help. We had an issue with not being able to get online when we picked up our hire car. When we finally did get online we knew our arrival was going to be very late(after midnight) but Giovanni took it in his stride and was still the welcoming host when we eventually got to his villa. This was a sign of things to come, he was just brilliant! I now regard him as a friend.

We loved our stay here. Fabio was the best host. I had so many questions that he graciously and promptly helped me with. He went above and beyond with recommendations for the local area. The house was perfect. The outside kitchen/dining area was our favorite. The community pool was gorgeous and just steps away. The home is located in a quiet gated neighborhood and provided plenty of privacy. We’d love to visit again!

This is a stunning beach house perfect for a summer vacation. It boasts a large, beautifully maintained garden, creating a peaceful and private oasis. The highlight is the big, sparkling pool surrounded by comfortable loungers, ideal for sunbathing and swimming. The patio, equipped with a dining area and barbecue grill, seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living for enjoyable alfresco meals. Adding to the charm is the very hospitable owner, who took care of us throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation.

we were a group of 30 people and rentalsitalia was willing to organize extra beds for us. as a welcoming gift we were given pizza, arancini and wine. Halfway through our stay the house owner came by again and brought us a second round of pizzas. he also took out the rubbish every morning and cleaned the pool. there is nothing around you, so it is not a problem if you are a bit loud. a little further away, however, there is a resort that plays music every day. it didn't bother us too much though. wonderful view and really nice and helpful hosts! I can only recommend them.

The welcome from Sabrina and Mario was really attentive and friendly, the house was full of pretty little nooks including a mini terrace off from our room with a small fountain - we also loved the two impressive vase basins in the bathroom. The garden was lovely, we were able to relax under the trees and enjoy the pool. Many thanks again for being so generous and making our stay a wonderful few days. Eleanor&Sylvain

Beautiful villa located with a wonderful view over the valley and Castelbouno town. The house was great with bedrooms on three different floors and the garden was very nice with many different lounge and dining areas. The pool area has amazing view and a really nice pool, though no fence so small kids must be watched. This is a perfect location for day trips to Céfalu with surroundings and we also really enjoyed Castelbouno town. Rosanna and her husband (and the dog Amica) took great care of us and were always available if we needed anything. The only minor issue was that we had a few power outages, but that was quickly fixed. We had a great time and would love to come again!

Beautiful villa, ideally located about twenty minutes from Catania. The accommodation is spacious and well-appointed for large families. Hosts are responsive and accommodating. I would 100% recommend this villa and hope to be able to return next time.

We had the most amazing time at this villa, the views are stunning and even better than the photos. We stayed as a group of ten and loved it, the kids had plenty to do with the pool, ping pong table and football game. Cefalu is fifteen minutes drive away and the most charming, pretty little town with many good restaurants and bars, also with great views. We took a day trip to Palermo which is 45 minutes by train from Lascari train station (ten minute drive from the villa) and is well worth visiting. The team who looked after the villa were very friendly and responsive to messages. We loved our time at the villa and will definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Ragalna, a peaceful town away from the busy tourist areas. It’s perfect for anyone looking to relax in a quiet, scenic setting with a view of mount Etna. The villa has everything you need to unwind without even leaving the property. Our kids especially loved the swimming pool, and the spacious outdoor area was a great bonus. The local restaurants, shops, and bakeries gave us a true taste of Sicilian life—something you won’t find in the usual tourist spots. The location is ideal for exploring the southern side of Mount Etna and also very convenient for visiting places like Taormina, Siracusa, and other towns along the southeast coast. Marta was a fantastic host—friendly and quick to help with any small issues we had. If we return to Sicily, we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We spent two days in peace and relaxing. Villa Riserva del Noce is a charming place, surrounded by nature but equipped with every comfort. Both the rooms and the common areas are welcoming, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, the common areas are spacious. Mr. Nicotra welcomed us in an impeccable manner and was helpful and discreet. We will definitely return to this magical place!

We had the best time at Luca’s place. It was so peaceful and the view was gorgeous. We even saw some wildlife like little pigs and a fox! We loved cooking at the home and swimming in the pool. The drive up the hill is a little wild but worth it.

A pleasant time with the family in this very pretty property, spacious and in a relaxing setting. If you are looking for tranquility and calm, this place is for you. The pool is perfect. And our hosts were adorable and welcoming. We very much validate this stay

Perfect vacation spot when traveling with family of all ages! Very clean house with private beach access ☀️ Friendly host who helped with local recommendations and even walked us to our first dinner reservation. Would definitely recommend their beautiful home to anyone going to the area! One suggestion - Make sure you’re familiar with European appliances before arrival!

This house is a 10/10. we spend our first vacation as little family with our 6 month old daughter at Diana and Antonio’s beautiful home and we couldn’t have wished for a more relaxing, peaceful and cozy house. The hosts created a place with so much attention and love for detail, every item, peace of furniture and decoration is picked thoughtfully and fits perfectly into the aesthetic of the old stone house and it’s beautiful Olive Garden surroundings. The hosts are super friendly, helpful and kind. They made sure we didn’t go hungry on the day of our arrival, prepared a freshly homecooked meal and even provided a food basked for us with all kinds of tasty local food and lots of fresh lemons, oranges and mandarins. The view from The pool is just stunning, you can watch the sun set behind the mountains while the lights of the little town pettineo start to light up. We had a wonderful time, we will definitely come back 💛

Milena's house and property are really beautiful and we We felt at home from the start. The house is super well maintained and modernly equipped, in the large kitchen we cooked well and gladly. The outdoor area is incredibly beautiful, there is a huge terrace for sunbathing, grilling and relaxing. The view from the pool is breathtaking, you can watch the sunset over the sea. In fact, it is more beautiful here than you can imagine from the pictures. We had such a nice time that we even extended one night. The hostess is super friendly and has always responded quickly and helpfully. We will be happy to come back

The place is amazing and even better than the photos. There is a really good Hi-Fi, so take few cds. We had a great stay.
