We rent out our beautiful little holiday home in a wonderful location on the edge of the forest near Baden-Baden center. The living room, approx. 65sqm, extends over 2 floors and is well suited for 2 people. The cottage is located in the estate of an old carpentry. You can enjoy the warm summer evenings in the candlelight on the on-site terrace. Start the day in the morning with beautiful walks in the nature reserve right from the front door. Bicycles can be rented on request.

Sophies Villa liegt in einem Hinterhof, mitten in der Stadt. Im unteren Wohnbereich findest du eine kleine Couch, einen Tisch und 2 Stühle, TV und einen kleinen Küchenbereich. Über eine steile Treppe gelangt man in den Schlafbereich und zum Bad. Da die Treppe sehr steil ist, ist sie nicht für Menschen geeignet, die in ihrer Bewegung eingeschränkt sind. Diese Unterkunft ist auch nicht für Kinder und Kleinkinder geeignet, es keine Sicherheitsabspeerungen im oberen Bereich gibt.

It is furnished with a lot of love for detail, with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen, radio and Wi-Fi. From the living area you have a magnificent view of the garden and can make yourself comfortable in the middle of fruit trees and roses in the deck chair or use the terrace. Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally-located place, within walking distance of 10 minutes to the train station and 20 minutes to the city center, 3 minutes to the S-Bahn. The apartment is a converted shed, accessed via a steep staircase. There is a small entrance area on the first floor with a wardrobe and seating. The upper floor has a small living/sleeping area with a small kitchen, seating and a small bathroom with shower.
