You have your own entrance upstairs with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft, completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the outside in the seat in peace. Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The recently renovated apartment is located in the cozy Bottendaal neighborhood with terraces and cafes in abundance. It is within walking distance of the central station, city center and Radboud University and hospital. Parking is also no problem. The street is quiet and green. In the apartment, you will find all kinds of appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. The apartment has its own entrance and balcony.

Through a shared staircase you reach the apartment, which can be described as cozy, using beautiful materials, eye for detail and especially comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay for a short or longer time.

Centre and parc are a 5 to 10 minutes walk. It's also nearby the so called "Modekwartier". We have a nice 120 years old home which is big enough to welcome some guests. We allready had several guests from the UK who came to visit the Airborne Memorial places. Mind this; we are all vaccinated, we ask yoy the same and if not possible due to your condition, we ask for a negative testresult.
