Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The apartment is located 800 meters from the old town of Nafplio (10 minutes by foot). This cute apartment (25 square meters) is on the 1st floor with all necessary equipment. Also, there is a balcony and a beautiful garden with barbecue.

The New Renovated small House is situated in the Center of Palea Epidavros, next to Shops and Restaurants, 220 m from the Sea. The location is very quiet because it is on the end of a small road.
