Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Epping Forest

We had a great time staying at Jessica’s place. It was plenty of space for two people for seven days. It was clean, and all of the furniture was comfortable. We loved the neighborhood, it’s located near the Olympic park and there are a lot of walking trails and delicious bakeries/coffee shops. If you are visiting London, there are definitely places that are closer to the tourist attractions but we enjoyed returning back to the apartment which was quiet and peaceful. The train station is very close as is a shopping center, with several different grocery stores. Jessica was very responsive and a great host.

I had a good mini vacation in Rasool's home. Good surroundings, clean, close to London City Airport. Lots of shopping opportunities. I will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic, stylish and artistic home. The space is peaceful and relaxing. Courtyard is perfect for enjoying a cuppa in the morning air. James even went to the trouble of booking parking for us at a very reasonable price. Great park at the end of the road for dog walks and canal is just over the road for lovely strolls. A range of shops and eateries on the doorstep. One of the most comfortable stays we’ve had.

Wonderful flat, great location on a very quiet street. Several good pubs and restaurants nearby, Portabello Rd just steps away and several tube stations within a 15 min walk. Would highly recommend and stay here again without hesitation!

A superb apartment in an equally superb location. The best 4 weeks we’ve ever had in London!!

Perfect position perched above a corner pub in the Covent Garden sector of London. Views and sounds of the vibrant streets below when the blinds are up windows are open. Complete peace and quiet and seclusion when they’re closed. This apartment provides the absolute best of both worlds right in the middle of the action. Convenient and safe access via stairway entrance, this spacious apartment comes with full kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. An ideal base for a stay in London.

A beautifully decorated small flat in the heart of Crystal Palace. Perfect for a couple. My parents stayed there for the weekend when visiting and they really liked it. Thank you!

Patrick has a beautiful house and it was lovely to stay there over the Easter weekend. Almost like our own boutique hotel! So quiet ,while being close to transport links and Walthamstow Village etc very close by. It was very relaxing and the way the house is appointed made it a lovely stay. His house guides were excellent and the kitchen and bathroom were very well appointed.

I cannot say enough good things about Deborah and her beautiful home. We are very avid travelers and are somewhat hesitant to stay with airbnb from previous experiences, however, this had to be one of the most amazing stays we have ever had. Not only was Deborah the nicest and most helpful a person can be, but the location and property itself was absolutely fantastic. Carra only added to an amazing stay and had to stop myself from stealing her! I cannot recommend this home enough and would be my first choice on my return!

The house was very nice and modern. Marlon was responsive and helpful, always answering withing minutes. The location was convenient, as very close to the airport for an early morning flight. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at The Happy Horny Cow for one night while seeing Beyoncé at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and honestly wish we’d booked an extra night! Jenny’s home is beautiful in every single way – you can tell she’s really thought of everything. From games and Yorkshire tea to dressing gowns, every little detail made it feel like a real treat. The decor is absolutely stunning – such a cool and unique place to stay. Jenny went above and beyond to make it feel special, and we felt so welcome. Would 100% stay again next time we’re in London!

A great venue - hosted a large group with ease, Kitchen was well equipped and we felt right at home, Greeted on arrival and given a quick tour so no concerns how anything worked and very comfortable. I would stay here again :)

This apartment is an absolute gem. It is beautifully furnished with everything you could need. The location is great for exploring the Olympic village and there are loads of great places to eat and drink nearby. Abigail is an excellent host, providing all the information you need in an efficient and friendly way. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend it. Five stars from us.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

We enjoyed our stay at Janet’s condo. It had beautiful views and was in the perfect location outside of the busy city but steps from the closest train station. It was very clean and Janet had wonderful suggestions for us to eat/shop. She even left treats for us to snack on while we stayed. 10/10 would recommend.

The apartment was really nice & cozy. It had an exquisite view during nighttime along with a great environment for a family gathering. The bus station was close & we had no problem getting anywhere. The neighborhood around us was also very peaceful. Last but not least, our host Matt was very responsive. He made sure everything was in order & also responded promptly to our queries.

An amazing stay in a great area! It was lovely to have a home away from home where you could relax in a quiet area before exploring what the area has to offer. I would happily visit again!

What can I say? Simply perfect! Incredible place. the pictures are superb but cannot quite do it the justice it deserves. We were fortunate to have such lovely weather and felt so lucky to be able to stand by the balcony overlooking the castle with a coffee watching Windsor go by. The apartment was spotless. Furnished to a very high standard and oh so tastefully done. What a location too. Walk out the front door, turn right and within 30 seconds you can be strolling along the magnificent Long Walk. Turn left and you're immediately in the heart of Windsor amongst the bars, cafes and restaurants. We can't wait to return. Thanks Jonathan for such a wonderful stay. Brilliant host. Absolutely incredible experience! The host was outstanding—responded to a last-minute query within minutes and went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. The apartment itself was breathtaking: sleek, modern interiors, a gorgeous layout, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning waterfront views. The balcony was the perfect spot to unwind, with serene water views that made it feel like a true escape. I’ll definitely be coming back—not just for the apartment, but because the host made all the difference. A great host truly elevates the entire stay!

The apartment was in a great location with a bus stop close by on the main road but the apartment was far enough away from the main road to be surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The gated car parking space was a real bonus. Everything needed was supplied and the furniture and fittings were of a good quality. Saba was super helpful before and during our stay and always responded promptly. If you dont want go go into London nearby highlights are Lloyd Park and the lovely Walthamstow Wetlands. A great place to stay if you are happy with a little journey on public transport into London. We would stay again.
