Our house has two small bedrooms, a shower room and toilet, a bright living room and a new equipped kitchen. The garden is not yet enclosed.

Un emplacement idéal pour découvrir la Normandie : pour visiter les trésors de la région, que ce soit pour des activités sportives, culturelles ou familiales.

Countryside cottage, near Neubourg, quiet, for a family discovery stay or even a business trip. Many of the nearby tourist sites: Château du Champ de Bataille, Harcourt, Le Bec-Hellouin... Ideally located: Evreux 20km, Rouen 50km, Deauville 63km, Honfleur 56km. Greenway and forest nearby. Cleaning fee of €95 is required to be paid at check-in. Possibility of group rental with Le petit Gîte for 15 people in total. Parties not allowed.

Come and enjoy the tranquility of the Normandy countryside in our fully renovated charming cottage. On the property, we share a wooded lot, with a swing under the responsibility of the parents. Basil the donkey and the horses will welcome you Outbuilding in an old farmhouse, the P'tite Maison offers simple but effective comfort inside and outside: Terrace and garden furniture, BBQ, ping pong table, washing machine.
