Host always easily accessible and responded very quickly. The house is modern, which we liked.

Super nice house, some overdue maintenance here and there. But that didn't bother us. The owners are super nice and helpful. Communication with them was extremely friendly. Didn't travel through Bel Villa because they had not forwarded the email with important information to me. For example, we knew that we had to bring our own sheets but not that we also had to bring towels. The neighbors were kind enough to borrow us 6 towels. The garden is fantastically large, but not fenced off. We let our dogs loose in it when we were in the garden. Great place for them. Very good beds. And what a lovely space everywhere. 3 bathrooms of which 2 with bath. What a luxury. A large fireplace and nice big tables for dining together and playing games. We immediately felt at home. Certainly subject to repetition to stay longer because there is really a lot to do. Ohh and there was definitely parking space for 4 cars. Top spot

The place was amazing. Sparking clean with all necessary utilities. Keep in mind it’s not the best kitchen you will have and the cooking facilities are not in best shape, but you can still manage to cook. We have bbq outside and also lit up a fire inside. It was a great experience, would love to come back!

We have had a great stay over the weekend

The place is located in a very beautiful and calm area with a very nice view. The compound is beautifully preserved and green. The entrance is fenced and feels really safe. The apartment and all of n it is very clean and organised. I highly recommend it. We will surely come back 🤗👌🏾.

Astrid and Charles's home was a wonderful jumping off place for exploring from Cologne to southern Luxembourg and in between. Their home is tucked into a beautiful hidden residential neighborhood abutting a field. It has a beautiful garden and grill area. There are four spacious bedrooms including two full baths and additional toilets. We felt spoiled to have more than one bath as many spots in Europe only have one. There is also good water pressure (which is another issue in Europe). We also had no problem that the showers were ensuite. There are two toilets that are not ensuite. The home is very clean with a substantial kitchen, large fridge, and great washer. The hosts were very communicative, offering help with recommendations and early check in. We especially loved the village of Theis for dinner. We would definitely recommend this home for a family visiting the region. Thank you!

I totally recommend it!

We had a wonderful family stay at the Capucines farm. The place really lends itself to family reunions. The quality of welcome and the little touches of Cynthia and Marc are really up to date! A Christmas tree was set up in the living room and made the place even more family-friendly. Cynthia put energy into finding us a yoga teacher to replace the person who didn't have the opportunity to come. The place has a lot of character and the surrounding nature is refreshing!

Great weekend spent with the family for my sister's 35th birthday. Spacious house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, dart and board game available that made the experience super nice, large indoor and outdoor table to eat with a large group, large outdoor lounge with pillows, 2 barbecue, bocce. Everything you need is available in the listing. Great location 8km from Durbuy. Small downside, Stairs a little dangerous, you have to be attentive to the steps, and a sauna was not functional during our weekend we may not have been lucky. Small details that didn't stop us from having a great weekend and we'll be back for sure! Thank you again to the host Mathieu who was super nice, accessible and above all flexible on arrival and departure times which allowed us to be comfortable with small toddlers and a few children. Really great for a family stay or a stay with friends👍🏽

We stayed with a group of 14 people for a wonderful long weekend in this house. In reality, it is even more spacious than the photos suggest. The house is spacious, sufficient bedrooms beds, (note!! bring your own bedding read the instructions carefully) and a very friendly and helpful host Johnny. In short, if you are looking for a nice house in a quiet beautiful area with the family or some friends, with a play area equipped with billiards, darts, jukebox and karaoke (really fantastic) then you are at the right place!!

We had spent with 7 couples & 1 dog here 3 perfect days…the location is fantastic (view of meadows, direct path into the forest). Everything you could ask for (and more). There are also 5 stars for cleanliness.

Sabine's house is actually much nicer and more spacious than on the pictures. We had a great time and communication with Sabine was also very easy and straightforward. Glad to come back!

We were 6 families sharing the accommodation and the different rest areas were particularly pleasant. The huge garden a little wild is quite unexpected and very well located. The only small regret is the information about the sorting of garbage cans which is not displayed on the premises.

We had a nice weekend with friends. Inside, there is more than enough space for 14 people. The garden was also beautiful, very quiet and shielded from everything. All communication with the host also went very smoothly. This house is definitely recommended for large groups!

Great place, we stayed for the weekend with a group of 8 adults, 3 babies and two dogs. We really enjoyed the pool and garden. Bedrooms were big enough and we really enjoyed several spaces in the garden where we could sit, chill and have a bbq.

Very nice house for families, open kitchen (overlooking the garden when the kids play), large living room with terrace access, nice pool. We felt very comfortable, the communication was very good and fast. Note for families with small children: there is a spiral staircase, so you should be vigilant, but otherwise it is no problem. I highly recommend the place!

Ramon's accommodation was very good. Accurate to photos and description. Very nice setting, clean, tidy. The host and staff are very friendly and responsive. I recommend it!

The house is great to relax and enjoy your time at the pool. The pool and the sauna were our highlight. Everything was very clean. They had a very well equipped kitchen and the living room is great to relax. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Beautiful spacious villa, with enough seating and chill places and equipped with every comfort.. Plenty of firewood and the villa is easy to keep warm in winter months
