The house with about 110 m² has on the ground floor a bedroom, a living-dining room, a kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bath/shower. Upstairs on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and washing facilities. In the basement there is washing machine and dryer. The property is in a very quiet residential area. Shopping and S-Bahn are within walking distance.

Das Haus erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen mit jeweils zwei Bädern und einer Dachterrasse im zweiten Stock. Hochwertigste Einrichtung mit bestem Schalfkomfort. Sie werden sich in das Blue Inn und die historische Altstadt verlieben!

The flair of the 50s is preserved in the house. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
