Surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighbouring Leuth make Nettetal a state-recognized resort. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there, you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The 1st floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms on about 60 m². Right in the center and yet quietly located. Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

A small hallway leads to the bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and TV, as well as to the spacious living room with large dining table, TV, fold-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a small balcony. The bathroom consists of a separate toilet, sink and a bathtub with shower.

Our accommodation is close to Mönchengladbach in the city of Erkelenz. Dusseldorf, Aachen, Cologne and Roermond(NL) are also very easy to reach, and the motorway connections are very good. Erkelenz Central Station is easily accessible.  We can offer free pick-up and drop-off at Erkelenz train station. Pick-up and drop-off from Düsseldorf airport or other desired location is possible at an additional cost.

We speak several languages : German, Dutch and English. Our apartment lies in a beautiful rural setting. With us, they can relax. Or they can spend their time with cyclists, hiking, or spades. The bike and hiking area Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide and Shopping Center Maastricht, Roermond are all in the immediate vicinity.( about 20 min.)
